.He listened to what we wanted to do, made a few suggestions and completed the work and cleaned up. He had the supplies in his truck. He seemed professional and took necessary safety precautions. His price was based on labor and materials.

Horrible. He got drunk during breaks (and left bottles in my front yard), talked too much and did not complete his work, asked for more money than he bid for no reason and would not complete the job unless paid more, broke a piece of furniture, damaged other items in the house, and was antagonistic in communications about fixing his errors (so much so that I hired another company to finish the work).

"My response to [member name removed] remarks; [member name removed] didn't write the review, she was in a facility per her daughter, who ordered the work. I don't drink off the job, let alone on the job. My side yard is on her mother's street and approx 9 houses away. I have done repeated work for at least 10 customers/ neighbors over the last 20 plus years, that live on Oak Moss, alone. I have the four Texas Trade Licenses and insurance that I need to legally to my job and have never had even one complaint in 36 years in two states. I still have the correspondence we had for this job and the 2 certified letters that were sent in anticipation of legal action to recover the balance she failed to pay. [member name removed] is a nice lady whom I had previously done work for when she lived in the house,her daughter did not live there at that time and as I would have had to sue her and her daughter I opted to not to follow thru as the anxiety it might bring on to [member name removed] was not worth it. If you are a potential customer but this review sets you out, please contact me and I will be glad to supply you with the correspondence regarding this, matter. Steve Potvin"
