 + -1 moreHe basically didn't finish. The first job the work was sub par and I had to spend $3,000 for someone else to finish the work. He said I was being too picky for rental and flip house. He said my expectations were unreasonably which was not true. The quality of his workmanship I wouldn't put in my D class apartments.
Description of Work: Sterling-Bilt General Contracting was supposed to do al the labor, gutting and retro fitting for gutting 2 homes.
