The Star Realty team is fantastic! They manage five rental properties for me and do a fantastic job! Four of the properties were acquired through Mark, who's also an agent. I've been using them for four years now. My brother used them first and liked them so much, he referred me. They're responsive, have great attitude, and are great at screening tenants. I've had terrible experiences with other property management companies before, and property management makes all the difference with rentals, so I'm really glad I found Mark and his team at Star!

I have had issues with past landlords but I have been pleased with Star Realty's service. I have been at this property for 2 years that they manage and have had to have their assistance on numerous occasions. They have always been courteous, professional, helpful and prompt. It is clear to me that tenant satisfaction is high on their list of priorities.

I met Mark with Star on a trip to Houston in September. During the inifial meeting Mark assessed the condition of the property and recommended what repairs and maintenance would be needed prior to rental of the property. Mark had a locksmith rekey the house and provided a copy of the new key during our initial meeting. Star used their network of service providers to perform the necessary work and kept me well informed throughout the process, including estimates of repair costs at each stage of the make ready process. I did not have to return to Houston after the initial meeting. Once the property was ready to rent, Star handled the rental process. Once a candidate was identified, I was contacted with the candidate information and gave approval for the tenant. As a remote property owner, I could not have asked for more complete or professional service.
