Spring Carpets Spring Carpets was founded in 1983 by its present day owner and the business was incorporated in 1987. The business began as a single-store operation in a 1200 square foot house that was converted to a showroom. To date, the company has grown to two stores and over 30,000 square feet of showroom and warehouse space. Many of the employees have been with the company for over 10 years - including the installation team members. The company's President and Founder was originally a carpet installer himself. Therefore, much of the company's success has been built around the importance of superb installations and customer trust. Spring Carpets installs more than 70 percent of their total sales (the other 30 percent being sold to Do-It-Yourself customers). As a direct result of the quality of work the installers perform on every job, Spring Carpets warranties their installations for 2 full years - a year longer than almost anyone else in the industry. Along with offering carpet, vinyl, ceramic tile, laminate, and hardwood flooring, Spring Carpets offers custom-made area rugs and room-size remnants. In addition, our close-out specials are priced at half price! At this time, Spring Carpets employs nearly 100 people. Including Saturdays and Sundays, daily operations begin at 7:00 AM and continue until 8:00 PM. A third store location is now in the planning stages! Let's Talk! floor. It was about 1000 square feet and it is flawless! Cory and his
partner did an amazing job. They leveled the entire floor after we had foundation repair. We could not have done this on our own, which was what we planned to do originally. We would have been in over our heads. Len was easy to work with as well. The
options of laminate were so much nicer and looked higher end than many
other places we went to. 100%, I would use them again. Extremely happy
with the end result and the entire experience.
The bathroom tile guys were AMAZING! They worked so hard, morning 'til late evening, even on a Saturday, and were very professional and conscientious about how they laid each tile. They checked in with me regularly and made sure to get my buy-in at key stages. The finished product looks fantastic! These guys are some of the best I've used--and this is the fifth tile project I've had done in the past 10 years. Way to go, Spring Carpets!
We tried using our hoover to clean it, but it wouldn't come out. We called Spring Carpet and they denied providing any kind of guarantee and said that we would have to contact mohawk. Mohawk refused to do anything until we had a professional cleaner come up and try removing it, then I had to get a signed letter from the cleaners stating that they could not remove the stain.
So overall, their salesman are full of BS, their installers do good quality work and their prices are reasonable for the product lines they offer but are higher then several others.
