The first thing he came out, that was pretty fast. He tried to repair the roof. I told him it wasn't the shingle that is leaking, it was the caps for ventilation, that you can try to fix it or replace it. He came up that day with a couple of guys, the leak should be fixed, I paid him with cash. After that, it rained again, on October 11th, the water vent is leaking, they said, they'll come tomorrow. He didn't come out the next day, he didn't come out until October 14. He didn't knock on the door, I didn't know that he came, the only reason that I know that he came is that I saw in the camera recording on my home. Then he texted me that it was fixed. He sent me a text about a finished product, he sent me a text on accident. The next day, October 15, it rained again, I sent him message with pictures telling him at it is still leaking. So, he just said "okay". October 19th I sent him another message asking when can they come out, he responded with only "okay". Sent him another text message on the 27th asking him when he can come out, he did not respond. Nov 1st, I sent him another text message, do you have time this week, can you come out please? thank you. He replied, "okay, yes, sorry about that we've been very busy, we'll be there tomorrow." November 2nd, he didn't show up. I sent him a message on Nov 3rd, asked him if they come that I still have a leak. He replied that he is coming. He did show up on that day, I talked to him because I saw him, and talking to him, he said, there's damage on shingle, call the insurance company so that they could check it and I could just replace the roof. He got up there again, he supposed to fix it and that same day, it rained again, in the evening. So I got up in to the attic, I took a video of the leak and I sent it to him. I said, "Sorry Julio? But a continuous leaking? I have two ventilation caps leaking. He replied with, "they'll replace the caps.". November 4th, I sent him a message if they could replace the caps". He responded with a message saying, "possibly later". I didn't hear anything from him or see him. I sent him message last Nov 16, telling him "Good day! If you have time to come up this week. Thank you!" No response, I sent him another text message on December 1st, and I said, "Good day! when can you change the caps? thank you!" He didn't respond, I sent him text message, December 14th, "Good day! two months have passed and I paid you to fix or replace the caps. I paid you right away when you asked for the payment but I am still waiting for you to finish the job. Thank you!" He hasn't responded anymore. I would not hire them again in the future because they are unprofessional.
