This is a local family operated business. The cons: 1. A workman once failed to show up as scheduled. 2. On installation day the same worker was unprepared to install the undermount sink to my standard. 3. I only speak English - the worker speaks/understands very little English therefore this caused a communication breakdown. The pros: 1. Julie is a gem to work with - she was both supportive and patient as I struggled to stay within my budget and still have countertops I love. 2. Julie responded quickly each time I had a question (and I had many). 3. Julie promptly resolved all issues to my satisfaction. I recommend Simply Solid Surfaces in Spring Tx. to anyone wanting quality products and service delivered with a personal touch!

The countertops were installed a little over a week after Julie helped me pick them out. Luis and his partner took the time to carefully measure and cut them to fit the fixtures and sinks. They worked for several hours. Unfortunately, the wrong sinks were included. When Julie called to check on how everything was going, I told her about the sinks. She and Luis came up with a solution and were able to get the correct sinks installed a couple of days later. Julie and the people with whom she works are very professional and pleasant. We will definitely use Simply Solid Surface again!!

Everything went great - the seams are not visible AT ALL!! Our kitchen looks amazing thanks to Julie and her team!!
