Signature Cabling Solutions did an Exceptional job at my home. My wife and I wanted to install video surveillance cameras around the perimeter of our home. I wanted hard-wired cameras because: a) hard-wired cameras are more reliable; b) I didn't want to have to change batteries in a wireless camera; c) I wanted the system to work even if my Internet was down. In addition, I wanted all the video stored locally in my home ... again, because I didn't want to depend on the Internet. We got lucky with employee "Lucky", who is expert at what he does. After an initial consultation visit to our home, Lucky returned a few days later with the wire, six 4K cameras, and NVR for the install. He spent several hours climbing in the attic, running a couple hundred feet of Cat 6 cable to the perimeter around the house, installing the 6 cameras, home-running all wiring to a central location in our home, aiming each camera, and configuring each camera to work with our nifty "NVR" (Network Video Recorder). In addition to being able to view any camera from a phone or tablet, Lucky installed additional hardware for "HDMI over Cat 6" and connected the NVR to two televisions in our home. Now, we can switch the HDMI input on one or both TVs to view any one or all six cameras on our televisions. I don't often write reviews. But Signature Cabling Solutions deserves my strongest endorsement. I highly recommend their expertise and quality of work! They are also very friendly and easy to work with.

We were Extremely Pleased with Signature Cabling Solutions! They know what they are doing, and they pride themselves on quality performance. GOAL: My wife and I wanted live video surveillance of our property that we could monitor anywhere in the world via our mobile phone or iPad. We had a Ring 2 doorbell already, but the Ring 2 doorbell and app were very unreliable. Very often, we were unable to view action at our front door in real time. My wife and I wanted High-Quality Video Surveillance that we could Always rely on; hence, I decided we needed Wired cameras, with better Resolution, that Recorded video on a device In Our Home, that we could Access and Monitor from Anywhere. VISIT: The owner of Signature Cabling Solutions (a Veteran) visited our home, discussed our goals, and assessed our property to see what would be required. ESTIMATE: After the in-home visit, I received an email with a detailed estimate for cameras, the video recorder box, cabling, installation and equipment setup. The estimate was lower than my wife and I expected! Because we were willing to spend more, their office listened to my requests and gave me a revised quote that upgraded all six cameras to 4K resolution and added the capability to view all six cameras from multiple TVs in our home. INSTALL: The installation took most of the day to complete. Our install technician did an excellent job and made sure everything was working before he left. RESULT: My wife and I were Extremely satisfied with Signature Cabling Solutions. We now have the ability view cameras using one of 2 TVs ... OR ... we can open an app on our phone, iPad, or Computer from anywhere to view real-time or playback video from all six cameras. We can receive "event" (motion) alerts on our phone. We also have a smart-search ability to playback events that have occurred anytime in the past several weeks. All six of our cameras now record continuous video 24 hours a day, everyday.

After a misunderstanding about my appointment was cleared up, Lucky came and examined the telephone service to the house (not working) and the exterior lines after the connection box. The service problem belonged to AT&T, who repaired the connection. Afterward, Lucky came again and replaced the worn and damaged line, installed a new jack, and tested everything, which then worked perfectly. His charges were very reasonable, considering he spent more than three hours over two trips.

Excellent. Good communication through email, showed up on time, knowledgeable, got the job done quickly, very nice & reasonable price for work. Hopefully I won’t have any more trouble with my security camera system, but if I do, I will definitely call Signature Cabling Solutions again.

They were awesome. The cameras they installed helped us catch someone who had been stealing overhead doors out of the yard. They walked my dad through everything, James was just completely awesome.
