Quick, professional. Crew was available immediately due to a cancellation. Did a very good job & cleaned up afterwards. Price was very reasonable for nine large trees that had been unattended for at least 20 years.

I found Shade Tree through google reviews and my initial consult with Jose was quick and painless. He was professional and straightforward with me. I was concerned about the price quoted since the competition was quoting lower based on conversations I had with my neighbors. When I spoke to Jose later that day we agreed to reduce it by $200 and I also asked if I could make payment the following day to give me a chance to review the results of the job. The fact he was willing to work with me on these 2 points was very much appreciated. The actual day of the job went very smoothly and the crew that was sent was punctual, fast, and courteous. They cleaned up everything afterwards and left virtually no trace other than the areas where the trees were removed. I was contacted the following day by their front office and made payment over the phone. Overall we are very happy with the service provided and the company as a whole.

This was my first time needing a service like this so I didn’t know who to turn to and I was very skeptical. I called shade tree and Jose came by and gave me a quick and reasonable estimate. The guys came in 2 days later, took about 3 hours to take care of everything and now my back/front yard looks outstanding! And the tree they removed? Can’t tell it was ever there to begin with. Shade Tree will be my go to for now on. Thanks guys!

This was my first time ever needing this type of service so I had no idea who to turn to. I called shade tree, they gave me a quick and reasonable estimate then came out 2 days later, worked for about 3 hours and my back/front yard looks outstanding. Great! The crew was pleasant and I was especially pleased with how they were careful not to harm the smaller trees in the yard. They were very pleasant, respectful, efficient, and cleaned the yard and porches when finished. I would definitely hire again.

Jose and crew came right on time to trim 8 of my trees. The did a good job trimming and cleaned up the debris. I had several questions throughout the process which Jose answered well and eased my concerns. Their price was good as well. Much more affordable than another quote I received for the same job.

Jose and his crew arrived at the time scheduled. They did not lollygag around and begin pruning the trees quickly. Jose supervised from start to finish and directed his team as they were cutting. He did the deep-root feeding himself, and he did more thorough job than the last tree company I hired. They cleaned up the entire front yard including my driveway. The trees look great and my grass will get more sunshine. I highly recommend Shade Tree Arbor Care, especially Jose and his team. I will definitely use them in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with the way the job went. I received an estimate on a Friday and it was agreed that the work would begin on the next day, buy they were actually able to fit me in later the same day. The guys that did the work were extremely careful not to drop limbs onto my flowers in my flower beds, and did an excellent job with cleanup. I would definitely hire them again, and highly recommend them to any in need of tree service.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. After the job (during which they knocked over flower pots in the backyard and did not even tell us), a huge branch fell ON OUR HOUSE within a couple of weeks. We contacted them about it, and they were unwilling to do anything about it. Basically said they would do jack unless we paid them their minimum fee. Not even offering to clear it or anything. Expected better treatment for the price we paid. We are very disappointed. We've been loyal customers of this company for 2-3 years and can't believe the treatment we've received on this job. We will find another company to trim our trees in the future.
