I wrote an earlier review, this is an update. The owner of the store called and left a voicemail, when we returned the call he has not responded to us since. This place is an absolute nightmare, you drive in needing minor repairs, and leave with a vehicle that is absolutely un-drivable!!!! Save yourself time and money, and go somewhere else.

Poorly. After leaving the shop, a couple of miles down the road my check engine light came on. I had to turn around and go back resulting my being late to work. Manager checked and said they failed to properly close my gas cap after performing inspection. When I started the car to go home from work check engine light came on again, but by then the store was closed. Took car back next morning - evidently when they checked my air filter they forgot to re-attach a hose. Absolute carelessness with no attention to detail. Resulted in my leaving later than planned for a trip to Dallas.

Everything went very well. Jabier was my Technician. I informed him of the problem and he was very thorough did a courtesy inspection to identify the problem. Once done, it was determined that the rack and pinion was damaged and leaking fluid, so the parts were replaced. The power steering was also flushed, and old fluid was replaced with new fluid. My car was also given a 4 wheel computerized alignment to make needed adjustments. Jabier was very attentive and kept me informed of their progress as they were working on my car. What also impressed me was after my car was lifted and the problem was identified, he requested that I come in the service area so he could point out the problem and what needed to be done. I left my car overnight and the driver gave me a ride home as well as picked me up the next morning to pick up my car. The Technicians are knowledgeable and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

They did some work on our radiator. The price was reasonable, they found something that was still under warranty so they were not going to charge for it. They kept us informed for when the car was ready.

Initially, I had planned on getting one parking light in back and the side marker light replaced, but the repairman indicated that one of the front parking light was very dim and suggested that I might want to replace it also. I said yes and all lights were replaced within an hour or less. This was my first visit and I had a great experience. As a result, I plan to use Service First Automotive in the future.

Overall good, however they did try to up-sell me by saying trans fluid and rear differential fluid were due to be changed. Truck had 42,000 miles and owners manual doesn't call for change until 100,000. I knew better but concerned others may be agreeing to unnecessary serrvices. Have them show you where the owners manual suggests such a change.

I encourage researching and it's always a good idea to reference the owners manual to make sure the minimum factory recommended maintenance is performed. Regarding your F150 and the recommendations made during the last visit, we align with the local Ford dealerships and regional fluid manufacturers to advise the best practices for cost savings and maximum performance. They recommend transmission fluid at 30k miles nowadays and differential is recommended at the same interval when at the dealership service drive. Took my Excursion in because the transmission was kicking
out of over drive. Was quoted $400 for the job (Fair enough). Unfortunately the
tech broke off the sensor they were replacing and dropped it inside the trans
case. They quoted me an additional $300 to go in and remove and replace the
fluids to fix the new problem. I asked to have a manager give me a call as I
thought it to be a bit wrong that I should pay for a mistake made by their
guy. I use a professional mechanic as they should know how to prevent these
problems and carry the responsibility if they make a mistake. A manager never
called and I was left with a $700 bill when I picked the truck up. No
explanation ever given. I gave a fair star on quality as nearly every time a
pick a vehicle up it has to go back in for minor details that would have been
picked up in a test drive. For example this last time there was no reverse. Of
course, when I took it back they did immediately fix it as it only needed an
adjustment. Even had a mechanic standing by for my return. I do not know if I
 would use this company again as I feel a bit burned on this one.
