 + -1 moreThey intially acted as if they had nothing to do with it. Then they changed their attitude and it seemed were going to step up to the plate and take care of what they had obviously caused(no one else had ever been up in the attic for the prior 2 years). Unfortunately, to my dismay they did not return phone calls and did not initiate any contact with me. It fell upon me to call my insurance company and they luckily were "johnny on the spot". Then to make maters worse, Rex started to send me aggressive emails and even went so far as to be sarcastic and tell me he was never going to accept responsibility. Needless to say, his input became more and more derogitory. I would never recommend these guys to any of my friends or neighbors, when the heat goes up they fall apart.
Description of Work: I have a long history with this company as they had installed, three years ago, my wine cellar airconditioning unit. Unfortunately the unit has never functioned properly and it has needed the attic unit repaired at least three times and then ultimately it was replaced 5 months ago, add to that the outside unit has been worked on five times and ultimately needed another "upgrade". Initially I felt that it was just poor luck and faulty equipment, well upon returning from vacation we noticed mold and water damage in the closet directly under the attic unit. I called Rex Dixon again and they came out. His partner Tim denied all responsibility. The break in the main a/c drain was exactly where they had been working on the unit and it had been dumping water for months down a wall through two stories. The first floor ceiling had actually collapsed secondary to the excess water and the summer heat.
