They intially acted as if they had nothing to do with it. Then they changed their attitude and it seemed were going to step up to the plate and take care of what they had obviously caused(no one else had ever been up in the attic for the prior 2 years). Unfortunately, to my dismay they did not return phone calls and did not initiate any contact with me. It fell upon me to call my insurance company and they luckily were "johnny on the spot". Then to make maters worse, Rex started to send me aggressive emails and even went so far as to be sarcastic and tell me he was never going to accept responsibility. Needless to say, his input became more and more derogitory. I would never recommend these guys to any of my friends or neighbors, when the heat goes up they fall apart.
