Fantastic service by Jim and his team.
Description of Work: They helped us recover from the Tax day floods in 2017. Redid the house walls, floors, cabinetry in kitchen and bath. Redid tile in shower walls. replaced pantry shelves with solid wood shelves.

Jim and his team were wonderful. They came right away to our home, They did the work quickly, professionally, and on time. The Project manager worked with us to decide on what materials we wanted for the replacements, such as tile, and wood choices, stain choices, hardware, faucets, etc. We were comfortable enough with the PM for him to find things at the hardware store and send us pictures of our options. He did a great job finding what we wanted from our requests and for coordinating with the rest of the work happening in the house. We loved the detailed work they did, particularly the custom wood work. They made everything so beautiful for us - our bathrooms look like a spa! We felt like we got a huge upgrade on the house. I would highly recommend working with Jim and Reliant Restoration when you have a restoration need.
Description of Work: We experienced a whole house flood on tax day 2016. We had to have all the dry walls throughout the house, the vanities in both bathrooms, the kitchen cabinets, the pantry shelves, a custom closet, and the laminate floors in three rooms pulled. We worked with Jim to get upgrades in the flooring, kitchen cabinets, vanities, and pantry. He made great suggestions for us that raised the bar above what we would have done ourselves - like 6 panel doors and recessed lighting.
