I purchased a home at which the aerobic septic system needed to be inspected, serviced, updated and renovated.  A friend recommended Barry Sanderson to me as someone who did good work and provided excellent customer service.  This proved to be true.  He responded promptly to my inquiry, visited the property, inspected the system and arranged to have the needed repairs and service completed in timely manner.  The technicians were experienced and remained on the job until everything was in good working order.  Great company.  I recommend Reliable Septic Services without reservation.

Just bought a house on property and it became clear we had an "issue" with our septic system. After many calls to other companies, Barry was the only one that called me back on a Saturday and sent a guy out the next morning to clean out the tanks. Did all the work without us being at the house and called after for payment. That is true customer centered service that is hard to find these days. THANK YOU for taking care of our needs so quickly and efficiently!!!!!

Was having some tank maintenance done and needed the tank pumped ASAP. They committed to an immediate call out and arrived the next morning. Technician called before arriving and noticed another issue with the tank cap and suggested a company where I could get a replacement.
