Refined Home Repairs

So Beautiful!! I love my new bedroom and bathroom!! But during resent freeze our pipes burst and Steve helped us and several neighbors from total destruction. We thank God for him and Refined Handyman!!

Great. Good work at good price. And fast.

Called on a Thursday and appt. made for the following Monday. Came on time-all work was done in 1.5 hrs. Steve went to a paint store to get the matching paint for the siding.

Very good; fast and done well. Very happy with the company.

Changed out a light for ceiling fan pls changed a chandelier light. Swapped out a couple light switches as well.

Jerry was very professional and handled all the jobs we needed to be repaired. Cannot say enough positive things about the entire process. Already planning another job later and will hire again. Highly recommend.

George did a beautiful job hanging our curtain hardware. He was prompt, careful, personable, and charged a very reasonable fee. We will request his services again when we have the need.

Fabulous!! Jerry and Steve are like hiring the guys from This Old House. If something came up expectedly, they could handle it. Definitely will be hiring them again for some projects in the new year.

Jerry did a terrific job. Each item on my to do list was done quickly l especially like the per hour pricing. I had a number of small jobs that I had not been able to get to and now all are complete. Definitely will hire him again

The project exceeded expectations! Not only was the remodeled shower and bath beautiful, the sincerity and creativity of Jerry and Steve at Refined Home Repairs was appreciated. To get their expert advice before the project began was impressive and created a strong sense of trust. It was nice to receive daily updates on the project and having it done in a timely manner was even better. We couldn't have been happier with the finished shower!

Steve and Jerry were wonderful. They did so many things that I would consider above-and-beyond: 1. They accompanied me to Floor & Decor to advise on material choices. They made several suggestions based on their knowledge of how certain materials wear over time and how they'd look in our small space. Without their help, I would've made some rookie mistakes, for sure! 2. They were excellent communicators all the way through: when they started demoing the walls, they found lots of interesting electrical challenges; they brought me in right away and explained my options in a way that I felt good about. They were great at telling me when they'd be there the next day, for how long, and how noisy they might be. Since I work out of my home, it was important for me to know how noisy the next day might get so I could adjust my conference calls accordingly. 3. They were really kind to my kids. :) 4. Every day, they'd put down a strip of paper to protect our floors as they walked back and forth. At the end of the day, they cleaned up after themselves. THIS WAS SO AMAZING. It didn't feel like we were living in a remodel! 5. Jerry built our cabinets, so now we can say we have a custom bathroom sink/cabinet. :)

They come in on time and keep you up to date on cost. Very happy with their work.

The guys from Refined Home Repair were punctual, matched our custom trim and added support to our door frame that our custom builders completely failed to use! RHR was finished quickly, cleaned the area and the price was actually under what I expected to pay. The nicest part was that these guys were professional & courteous and I felt comfortable having them in my home, which is rare for many service contractors I've had show up at the door. I would recommend them without reservation :)

The shoe shelves were a birthday surprise for my wife. Jerry met with me for design ideas and then built them off-site. On her birthday, Jerry installed them perfectly. They were presicely what I had pictured and they were a huge hit. I've used Jerry and Steve for several other projects, all were completed as promised and I am very pleased with their craftsmanship.

I'm a senior. Steve and Jerry made various repairs to the interior of my house that I can no longer do myself. They were prompt and their work was excellent. I recommend this company and I certainly plan to use them again.

Jerry and Steve transformed an uninspired basic contractor grade master bath into a stone and glass work of art. They did everything from helping us with our design ideas and choice of fixtures to all of the construction and final clean up. They can do it all; Carpentry to move a wall to extend a closet and install a pocket door, Tile work in both slate and ceramic, Plumbing for the shower enclosure, Granite countertops and Electrical work for lighting and exhaust fans. The only thing they couldn’t do was the glass walls and doors, but they knew who to call! They were committed to the project, and didn’t disappear to other side jobs. And they made sure that we were happy with all aspects of the finished product. We never felt we couldn’t trust them, or that they were taking advantage of us. Definitely A+.

It went great they did all they said they are going to do. A bit pricey but they are worth it. Would hire them again. These guys would look into your Pinterest page with you and they are full of great ideas and suggestions.

Jerry & Steve from Refined Home Repairs did an excellent job with a remodel of all of our stair railings & wood components. They did a great job helping us decide on the look we wanted & then performed the work at an outstanding level. They were timely, courteous, highly professional & let us know each step of the way if changes were needed based off of our initial ideas. And most importantly, they did the job right, with no short cuts. Would absolutely use them again!

It is a professional job. Men like the electrician and air conditioner man made comments about the work they observed. We have a well built home and they had an eye for details.
