A/C problems had started about a year ago. A Toyota dealership had diagnosed the same problem back then, but did not explain why it would cost about $3,000 to fix. I took the mini-van to another reputable repair shop for two attempts at a quick fix, which worked OK for two or three months at a time. But this last time, I decided to get the problem fixed and quot;rightand quot;.
I brought the mini-van in on Saturday morning, waited for about an hour for service tech to do a thorough diagnosis. Based on the diagnosis, the manager gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and also two different options for fixing the leak. After I chose which option, they gave me a ride home (about 4 miles) and had the car ready by the end of their workday. No bad surprises.

They have been fixing my cars, husband's cars, kid's cars for fifteen years. So they do trouble shooting, diagnostics and fix repair. They are very honest, very good and they diagnose it. I just remember there was only one time that I had to go back as it was not fixed the first time but they are very good in diagnosing and repairing. Their price is real good. They are very professional and very nice. I had them take me home before it was going to take longer and they didn't want me to have to wait. They are just very nice that way. I just feel that they take care of me.

Always pleasant and I know the work will be done RIGHT! I've had brake jobs, alternator replacement and various tune up and belt work done by them. Always top quality, fast service, friendly and the best prices around! This is a company you can TRUST!!! That is hard to find, coming from a mom who knows nothing about auto repair!

I spent less than $200 on that service. The service they provided was adequate. They have a waiting room. It is a father and son business, but they also have other workers. I don't get the feeling or indication that they are trying to sell me something; in fact on one occasion I had them talk me into a less expensive tire. They suggested the less expensive tires and they have held up as they promised. I had one issue with one of the principles, one was that they told me to come at a certain time in the morning and the other principle was that they did not know about that. It was an in-house problem and was a small irritation at the time, but they corrected. I would continue to use them again with no hesitation at all.
