R POOLS

They really messed up the water numerous times. Calls to the office never produced any results. They were really good last summer, but are terrible this year.

It was wonderful, they are great, I feel safe, they are very dependent and the pool looks great.

The cleaning was not performed and was brought to the attention of the Management.. Even though they were having problems with the employee performing the supposed cleaning they still sided with the employee. This employee has lied and did not do the cleaning that he was supposed to have done. I would recommend you save you money and work with another provider.

Exceptional service.

Didnt go well after calling his boss and explaining what had transpired, i was basically told that was not possible. His employee had been with him for over 5 years and had never had a bad report placed against him. He would not do that as he is very thourogh about his job. I then explained that i was sitting in my office when it had happened and witnessed it with my own 2 eyes. He said well I dont hardly believe it. So because of this reaction they are no longer working for us any more.

Did not go well. Although they were professional, the on-site personnel did not seem to have the experience and care required to do their job. During their work, they ruined the pool equipment. Although, they were responsive and replaced the equipment, it took a few weeks for them to diagnose a simple problem, order the parts and resolve it.

We are very happy with them. They are always prompt and reasonably priced. They do a great job.
