Did a lot of work to get the car road worthy.  Did the job quickly and for a reasonable price.  Pleasure speaking with them, upfront with estimate, stuck to it.

I told them the belts were missing as I had my vehicle towed to their shop.  They to my surprise said they were there, however, the pulleys needed replacing.   In the end,  after checking further they stated the pulleys did not need to be replaced, just the bearings "re-packed:" which saved me some money.    THEY WERE GREAT/FRIENDLY.  I WILL DEFINTELY BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE AND REFERRING FRIENDS/FAMILY!!!

The problems for my son's car was found and fixed.   The great effort to find my A/C's issues was helpful but not charging for effort was amazing.

After taking my 1999 Subaru Forester to a nearby shop to have the A/C pressure tested as it was not blowing as cold as it once had, I was given a quote of around $1200 (probably more than my car is worth) to essentially replace the majority of the A/C system.  On top of that, the other shop dumped what remaining Freon my system had while they were testing it, so the compressor wouldn't even kick on any more.  They also lost the service port caps while they were at it.
I literally drove from that shop to Quality Auto Center after calling my wife and having her look on Angie's List for someone nearby with good reviews, and I was very impressed with their service.  Daniel took a quick look at what the other shop had done, and immediately spotted a leak.  I left the car with them as they were about to shut and by noon the next work day they had the work finished.
Not only did they repair the pinhole in the line, but they wrapped the line in a foam sleeve to stop it from rubbing where the hole was created.  They charged the system up and it's blowing colder than it ever has since I've had the car.  Mike and Daniel were both very helpful, professional and up-front about the repair work needed.  I will absolutely take both my cars here for any future work.

He was up front with everything that was wrong.  He didn't try to get me to fix anything extra. Felt he gave me a fair price and was honest.
I've used Quality Auto for several different vehicles and after recently getting ripped off from other service providers, I feel Quality Auto Center is trustworthy.

This was my second visit to Quality Auto Center.  The first visit was earlier in the year for an oil change.  During my first visit Mike asked me if I noticed oil leaking once in a while, and I had.  He said someone had replaced the plug with one that was too small and currently stripped.  He replaced the plug for me and there have been no additional oil leaks.  I have had the car in to different places for oil changes and no one had ever mentioned that to nor had any of them told me it was a replacement (I wondered which one had replaced it with this faulty part!).

This visit I went for the oil change and also told him of my problems with running low on coolant every four months or so and asked him if he would do a pressure test of the radiator.  Well he found the problem right away.  He was able to get the part and fix it that morning.  The first delivery of the part was missing the thermostat so we had to wait a bit longer for another delivery.  It was fixed quickly and efficiently. Mike definitely has my future business. 

This is the first time I ever had an auto shop call ME after the job and ask how everything was.  As it turns out, one of the replacement parts was mis-assembled at the factory.  Although high quality replacement parts were used on my vehicle, in this case that the factory was mis-assembling one particular part.  Mike worked through the problem with the parts supplier, fixed it right and followed through with everything he said - right price and right on time.  Mike meets with the customers and performs or oversees all of the work himself.  I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this shop to my best friend.

We have yet to take one of our vehicles to Mike and he not figure out what is wrong and fix it. I much appreciate his friendly attitude and great service. We always feel in good hands when leaving our vehicle with Mike. Highly recommended!

Mike and his crew spent days trying to find the problem with the AC. When I took it home it stopped working and Mike said "bring it back we will figure it out". It all boiled down to some loose wires in an electrical box (very hard to track down). For the time he spent on it the charge was way more then reasonable. We were happy because we had two cars back on the road working great and they were legal again. I want to add that I felt very at ease when I walked in the door. Mike was awesome and I felt right off like I was in the right place. I have never felt that way when taking my car to anyone before and I'm 67 years old. Mike and crew treated us like family!

Met owner Mike, discussed all work needing repaired. He called with estimates. Work was completed on time and under original estimate budget! Will bring another auto in for service soon.

It went fine. I do need to take my car back in to have them reset the sensor that comes on when you need your oil changed, which they forgot to reset I believe. Other than that it was a good experience.

The ac was not working properly. Quality diagnosed the problem and part needed. The car was kept overnight to get the part in the shop. The next day he installed the part and recharged the system and test drove the vehicle. Overall i am very satisfied with the repair and service provided.

Greeting nicely and explained the lack of cooling.  Was told need to keep and would call with cost and timing to complete and promised to have call in several hours.  Owner called in a few hours and told problem, given fix and cost.  Told would be ready in morning. 
The car was ready on time and cost was as stated.  The AC is now working as well as when purchased the car.  I am very happy with service and will use them again.

Our experience at Quality Auto Center was and always has been a very positive one. Quality work, very fast and good prices. The staff is super friendly and helpful and as a female I feel very comfortable there - the guys are all very kind and respectful.
