Piss poor! Professional? There are like kids running this operation. It is really appalling. They are even threatening me with a lawsuit for leaving comments like this at their facebook pages, and commenting on their fake reviews. They are claiming I leave fake reviews. It is really amazing how similar my complaint is to all those other complaints though! Mobile? Yep, but only because they do not have physical address. Detailing? No, my car was not detailed I have in earnest, attempted to redeem a groupon purchase four times with this business. I scheduled for 5/30/2016 , 6/09, 6/27, and again 7/13. Every time, Matthew ( the supposed owner/ head detailer) emails me at 530 a.m. the morning of the appt and cancels my appointment and offer to reschedule for 2 weeks later. The first two times were for stomach ache, the third time, too much rain, although it was dry in my neighborhood. And this last time, his "best friend in the world died." This business is a sham. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Read all the other recent reviews here and on Yelp and take heed, too bad Groupon does not allow you to actually read their reviews. Luckily groupon was gracious enough to refund me. What really gets me irritated other than being canceled on 4 times is that the childish excuses that they come up with. GI distresses for the first 2 times they canceled. The email sent to me was verbatim of the first cancellation leading me to believe it was scripted. The rain, eh, maybe that could be excused but my neighborhood was bone dry that day. And the last cancellation excuse was unbelievable, " i have just received email word that my best friend in the entire world passed away yesterday." That was truly sophomoric for a company to cancel like that. Professional businesses do not need to lie to their customers like that, provide a service or don't try to even offer it if you can not deliver. (sarcasm) BTW, they claim they're under new ownership, so that means that they're a great company now. (/sarcasm off) Apparently matthew prunty has sold this business model to another matthew. They are using the same email/ phone numbers/ website for scheduling though so, Matthew = new matthew?

It turned out fine once they were able to provide the service. He said there was an issue with one of the people that he's using in his company so he cancelled all the appointments. It was in February that I made the appointment and they couldn't make it back until May. It took a lot longer than it was supposed to. I'd give them a B because of the scheduling issues. Pricing was fine.

3/1/2016sir, I just received a call from matthew kelly. he is onsite in your area, and just received a phone call from his wife saying to get over to the hospital, something happened to one of their kids. 
2/18/2016I am writing this email to inform you that you are scheduled for my list today. I regret to inform you that i woke up this morning and am almost completely unable to move. My back, which was bothering me last night has completely locked up on me. This is the first time it has happened, so i am not sure of how to fix it. I do apologize again. This will cause me to have to cancel my appointments for the day. I once again apologize for the inconvenience to yourself 
10/19/2016The manager scheduled to service your vehicles today is down with a stomach virus today. as the rest of us all have our own schedules, due to past issues, we unfortunately will be forced to cancel appointments. i do sincerely apologize to you for this inconvenience, and want to assure you we are doing all that we can to catch up and remedy past issues.Sir, these vouchers are through a third party, and we do not have an ability to refund. I do understand your frustration. Mr. Kelly really is sick. This is very rare for him, as he has gone stretches of months without a day off.

6/8/2015While preparing his supplies this morning, the tech scheduled for your car seriously cut his hand open. At the hospital the doctor ordered no work today in order for it to close enough, that it will not reopen. I apologize for this inconvenience to you.

It went great. Ambitious, focused on customer service and attention to detail. Did an okay job getting out surface scratches and dog hair, tried his best. Non-intrusive. Car looks as close to show room ready as possible.  Will definitely use again.

It was very good. They did very professionally. It was so long ago. It's just a gut feeling. I think they did a fine job. I don't really remember to be honest. They seemed pretty good. I think they were right on time. They were pretty quick.

It was fine. They charged me an extra $30 because the car was an SUV and I had no idea that that charge was coming. the receipt I got when I asked for one was just a little note. It was nothing formal. I wondered whether the guy wasn't just pocketing $30. The actual service was fine but I had a terrible time coordinating the date that we were going to do this. The quality of the service was fine. They came late in the day.

"sir, we appreciate the fact that you were satisfied with the work rendered. we do charge $25 not $30 for ANY CUV, SUV, TRUCK, OR VAN as it does take more time and more materials. sir, we do not provide "notes". we do provide certified receipts from a generic receipt book, which serve the purpose just fine. atr the price we give you our expert services, we do not spend thousands on 'CUSTOM" receipts. sir, also, all scheduling is done online and subject to availability. all scheduling is done by the customer, not us, because we have no idea what your availability is."
