David Rincon came to install granite vanity countertop and undermount sink. On first attempt the sink was crooked and they tried to fix it, but cracked the granite. It took them a month to come back with the replacement. They scratched and gouged my cabinet and limestone tile backsplash. The install wasn't done properly and wasn't sitting on the cabinet in the front. The edge of the granite was resting on the false drawer and the top was loose. He would not return my calls or emails. I had to fix it myself. Very unprofessional, once he gets your money you won't here from him again. He is operating under the name Sphere Countertops now, probably due to inferior work like he did on my job.

They did a good job and the owner drove all the way from Houston to present for the businesses. He came and measured the kitchen but did not have some sort of tool, so he had to run to a hardware store to pick up what he needed and come back. He went out of his way, I thought, to get the job. He was very nice and polite when he came out. He came out at my convenience, within my schedule; which was nice.

My experience with them was beautiful. They did beautiful work and we were pleased. Their price was reasonable. We didn't want cheap, and we didn't want expensive, we wanted good quality work and it looked good, so that's what we got. I have nothing bad to say about them, we were pleased. We liked them. They were quick, efficient and they knew exactly what to do. They came in, measured, and got their plans ready for how much counter-top to cut and they came in the next day, pulled out our counter-tops, then used the templates to fit in the counter-top. It was amazing, the work. It took months to do, but my gosh, the stuff they had to do. There were two guys who did it and they knew what they were doing. If we move to another home and we need counter-tops, we'll probably use them again.

I contracted with this company to install granite countertops in a rental house. Everything was fine until the install date. When I got to the site the crew was installing a slab I had not chosen. Wrong color. Wrong granite. The company was responsive in correcting the error though there was a delay in getting the correct slab installed I was given a discount in the amount owed.
That is where the positives end.
The night of the installation the countertop was not cleaning after the install. They were filthy. Not even wiped off. VERY unprofessional. Soon after the countertop split in two different places. Not long after that repair it split in another two places. Two weeks of calling and leaving messages with the company got not response until I said I was filing a complaint with the BBB. When the repair was done it was shoddy...glue in the crack and not even buffed out.
In my opinion the slab should have been replaced and properly installed in the first place. I would not use this company again for anything.

Overall - we are very pleased. There is a 1and quot; mis-cut in the granite that we didn't see before the installer left. He was limited in his ability to understand/speak English, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Again - not a complaint - overall we are pleased.

The entire job took a little more time than originally thought but, in general, it went smoothly!

Mr. Rincon arrived to give me an estimate at the agreed and appointed time. He was professional and efficient, and very cordial throughout. He took measurements and gave me a detailed estimate from his laptop immediately afterwards. Mr. Rincon showed me granite samples, for the countertops and gave me suggestions as to color and style combinations. He also suggested a change to the shape of the island--to round the edges--an idea I liked and used. He patiently answered my questions in a low-key way and made recommendations as to where to go to view backsplash samples--he was not at all pushy.
Once my granite and backsplash tile selections were made, the crews worked and completed the jobs (countertops and backsplash) mostly on schedule and as promised. The work was supposed to be done in two days--Friday (countertops) and Saturday (backsplash) but the Saturday install was delayed due to the tile company not having the product available. The workers and material did make it the following Monday, to complete the work--although a heavy and steady rain delayed the whole thing. All in all, the issues that came up were well handled and I was kept informed as to problems or delays. I was very happy with the countertops and backsplash, as well as, having several (previously) damaged floor tiles replaced. I was also happy with Mr. Rincon's crew which were (for the most part) careful and cleaned up debris as they worked. I would definitely use Premium Stone and Countertops again, should the need arise, and recommend it to others.

David was really nice. They did an ok Job, not spectacular, just ok. They had to come back a second time, to redo some stuff. He told me he was going to cut the seam in the granite in another place and instead he cut it in the place I didn't want. I understood, but if he had told me that upfront I might had gone with someone else. Once it's done it's done with granite. In the future I would have more intense conversations with them.

I did a remodel of a kitchen and took out an island so it left a big hole in the ceramic floor. I designed it and they installed it. I provided some of the materials myself. I am extremely satisfied with their service. I have no issues. David Rincon came back several times a day to make sure that everything was going right. When it wasn't, he fixed it entirely to my satisfaction. The fellas that put in the Hardi-backer board the first time did not do a very good job. Some of the screw heads were protruding and some of it got cracked. I showed it to David and he had them take it entirely out and redo it at no charge to me. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done right. He is coming back to do some more work for me. I did a lot of bids and I chose him.

He did a really good job. He came out once and gave me an initial quote. The kitchen remodel that I did was contingent on the sale of our house. Money was dedicated toward that. He ended up coming out two more times to adjust the quote and work being done. He also came out on a separate time to meet my husband. He was very thorough. He was coming from the other side of Houston, which is an hour away.
What I really appreciated about him was that he was fast. He got out immediately. I had a party that was planned for Saturday and even though things had gotten pushed back a bit he made sure that the entire kitchen remodel got done by then. He had people working all the way until 2:00 in the afternoon the day of the party (the party was at 4:00). So, that was really wonderful. The artistic design was very, very gorgeous. The actual workers that did the work made a couple of mistakes and we are still in the process of getting those fixed. When they ripped out the existing countertops there were a couple of holes that got put in the wall. So, they are going to come out and fix that. That is my only small, minor issue. Other than that they are gorgeous and I just love my kitchen. There were several hang-ups in extra things that had to be done, but the pricing was wonderful. It wasn’t too much over what we initially budgeted. He was still able to get things accomplished on time even though it took a little longer than expected.

David came out and gave us a quote two days after I had given them a call. He gave us a reasonable quote compared to others I had gotten. He was nice, professional and easy to work with.
His guys were supposed to be at our house between 8:30 and 9:00 to begin work and they did not show up until 10:30- their explanation being they had to pick up the sink. They installed the granite and kept things fairly clean in the process. They left in the middle of the install for an hour to 'go get another guy' to help them with a heavy piece, they were gone for an hour and half. They returned and finished installing the granite slab. When they were finished, the main installer asked me and quot;are you gonna give me my money now?and quot; to which I responded no, I would give it to the team that comes tomorrow who will finish the work. I didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me and it was very unprofessional.
The second (different) team that was scheduled for the following day was also supposed to show up at 8:30-9:00. They did not arrive until 10:45. These two men were a lot nicer and more professional than the previous team, though they also showed up late. They removed the old tile and baseboards from the kitchen and began on the back-splash. I noticed towards the end of that installation that a 6inch by 6inch section was not straight and they immediately took it off and replaced it with a new section. They finished the back-splash and porcelain tile without any more problems. They gave me a good selection of grout colors to choose from which I appreciated. They did have to come back the following morning to grout the tile since they were late getting started. The tile men left the back-splash dirty and didn't fully clean off the grout that had been on the tiles themselves. I had to clean that myself.
I also received an email saying I owed more money because I did not include in the amount the charge to remove the counter tops. When the installers arrived, we had already removed the original counter tops and I had told David we were going to remove these ourselves. David informed me he didn't talk to his guys and they don't tell him anything. Doesn't sound like good communication to me.
What I had also realized about four days after the installation was complete was the granite men did NOT seal the granite which means there were water and other marks that seeped in. I will not have Premium-S come back to seal the granite because I am not happy with the service they provided.

David Rincon was very professional - gave a detailed estimate for granite and backsplash in our kitchen, kitchen bath and nook. When it came to light that there were other charges required, he stuck by the original total we agreed to rather than increasing the price. He also had his crew add backsplash to both the bath and nook above the estimate above what was provided and quot;because it improved the lookand quot;. He was very patient, punctual, and followed up on all our questions. His crews were on time and very professional as well.
His backsplash and granite countertop crews were artisans. They did an really stunning job. The backsplash crew took a vague idea my wife had and turned it into a beautiful finished product. They had just come off a very large job for Victoria Secret in NY.
The granite crew was precise in what they did adding detail to the finished product. The result is beautiful.
I highly recommend this company.

David R. was very professional. When he came by to give the estimate he sat down with his laptop and was able to give it on the spot. His crew was on time and the job was finished in 2 days. It was money well-spent. We love our new kitchen!

We had our kitchen , master vanities, and upstairs vanities changed from laminate and cultured marble, to granite. David is very professional and was by far the most prepared when it came to estimating our granite installation. He brought his tape measure and laptop when he came by to quote. He stayed for about an hour and a half, measured and typed up a quote and emailed it to us before he left. We made changes to the quotation a few times by asking questions and finding out what it was we wanted over the next 3 weeks. He would quickly update our quotation and send it back. We communicated via email mostly, but he was so responsive, candid and up front in his communication it was hard not to go with him. Once we closed with him, he came back out within a day and measured all of our unique countertops spaces. We redesigned our island, and he drew it on his computer, and they did a beautiful job of taking our concept to reality in fabrication. I was impresssed by the workmanship and attention to detail and listening to what the customer wanted. We never heard "no that isnt feasible\" once. He met our demands over and over again. We closed the deal on April 9th, went and picked out our own slabs on April 12th, and by April 16th the slabs were fabricated and installed! When we picked the slabs out he met us at the granite yard and made sure we got want we wanted. He was not pushy and did not hurry us along, he ensured we got what we wanted. We paid approximately 1/2 up front and 1/2 when the job was done. After the job was done he came by to make sure everything was okay and went as planned. We had a couple of cosmetic follow ups, but those were taken care of the next day. I am demanding and pay attention to the small structural and cosmetic details so I am sometimes demanding and hard to please 100%, but I believe you get what you pay for and we did not go with the lowest installer out there nor the highest. We went with someone who is responsive, attentive to our needs, listened to our design, and went above and beyond going out of his way to leave us satisfied. You can go with other installers and maybe slightly cheaper prices, but if you want someone that leaves you with a WOW factor, and men, someone that your wife is happy with at the end of the day(this is often our biggest hurdle) then go with Premium S and David Rincon. You will not be disappointed, in fact you will be amazed at his customer service, wowed by the quality of the workmanship and installation, and feel that you got what you paid for, a good, sound quality stone countertop installation that you wil enjoy for years to come, and will enhance the beauty and increase the resale price of your house.

We are happy with the work David and his crew provided. I have rehabed houses in the past and have learned that if a contractor does not show up on time they need to be cut from the project. David made an appointment with me and was there right ontime. Then we made another appointment to make templet and he was there right ontime again. The installation crew was right on time as well. David gave me a sence that I could depend on him and trust him. The counters look great. They did the project (54 sq ft.) in about 5 hours. I tore out the old counters and hooked up the plumbing myself. I did recommend him to a friend of mine and would use Premium S again.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the work and the value. Thier sales personnel were great when they came to measure and quote the job, and the installers were quick and professional. We had one slight problem with a sink they had installed that had a defect that was not visible at installation. They checked it out quickly and replaced it promptly. David and David senior the two principals were great to work with and the job turned out better than we ever expected. Everything looks great!!

Premium-S delivered the highest quality work at the most reasonable price. I was also glad to find out that I can choose my own slab at the warehouse, so I can see the exact piece of material before the installation. David is the most pleasant and reasonable person to work with; and his installation crew worked at the most professional matter. The entire demolition and installation was completed in a single day.

Very well. Took two days; day 1 was used to demo old and install new countertop; day 2 had the tile crew in for the backsplash installation. Workmanship was great and the work area was left clean. In short, I would use them again and have already referred a co-worker.

Two different crews from Premium-S worked on our countertop installation and our fireplace installation. The crews were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up the dust and debris. The two jobs took a total of two days. The 1 1/2" bullnose on the Tan Brown granite looks elegant, and we love the pattern of the granite itself. During installation Premium-S puts a high gloss polish on their granite providing a nice sheen. The cutouts for our countertop, under mount sink and kitchen faucet were precise and the cut edges of these cuts were also given a high gloss polish. As a nice gesture, the Premium-S crew used a leftover piece of granite that was cut to mount the sink and polished that up for a cutting board. We were very pleased with the cost and the quality of our granite countertops and granite fireplace installations. Premium-S does an outstanding job.
