Precise Technical

For this project I solicited quotes from 4 vendors and based on the experience, professionalism and customer friendly attitude and pricing I awarded the project to PTS.  Having obtained the apporpriate city permits their 5 man energetic and courteous crew arrived early the next day and began diligently and methodically executing the project. The old AC?s were removed, new units intsalled outside and in the attic and new copper and power line were pulled. Important to state that this was a major challenge as there was absolutely no attic space to pull in the new lines.  With persistence, and a little ingenuity they found a way. The new AC?s (Goodman's) were installed along with the appropriate flashing and cover for the new lines.  They also took a look at the ducting and where needed replaced and secured the new ducts.  When they worked in the house they placed tarps and covers all over the place to ensure no dust or dirt would be brought in the house and even cleaned thoroughly after the job was complete. Overall  I was very satisfied with the services of Precise Technical Services and would not only use their services again, but highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
