POP-A-LOCK

My car's tire went flat overnight after I, suspect, ran over a bolt from the evening before.  Since I had roadside assistance with GEICO, I called them who, in turn, initially, called Auto Rescue, Lewisville, TX (970.538.3458) out to assist.  My car was in a two-car garage and when the person arrived, black guy in a silver small car - he didn't even give me his name, he said I had to pull the car out the garage because there wasn't enough space.  I told him I preferred not to and that there was plenty of space.  Mind you, this was a 2 car garage so basically a full car's worth of space on the side that needed the work.  He then said, OK, he'll call a tow truck then.  He didn't even get out of his car to see if there was enough space.  Further, they were supposed to arrive in 50 minutes and didn't give me a call until 10 minutes after their scheduled time to tell me that it would be another 15 minutes.  DEFINITELY avoid that company.
I Called GEICO back and told them to send someone else.  They ended up sending Edwin from Pop-A-Lock who was there within 30 minutes like that estimated, if not sooner.  He didn't raise any fuss, and in fact, started fixing it before I even knew it.  Our nanny anxiously told us about some guy doing something to our car in the garage.  I saw that he already put the jack under the car and was preparing to raise it.  Since my other car was still in the garage I backed it out to avoid any accidental damage and to give him ample room, which would have been the case if the other guy had stayed.  Anyhow, Edwin was very nice, professional, and everything you would want in a service professional.  He had the tire replaced with the spare and put the flat in the trunk so I could go get it fixed.
Would avoid Auto Rescue like the plague, even if you have roadside assistance, but strongly recommend Edwin with this Pop-a-Lock!

They came and were gone within 15 minutes. Was very quick to respond, and they were very helpful about the whole situation.

OVERALL THIS COMPANY IS VERY RAPID RESPONDING. MY SON'S COACH CALLED BECAUSE HE ALSO FACED THE SAME DILEMMA AT THE SAME TIME. AFTER TECHNICIAN SERVICED HIM HE GLADLY HELPED US AS WELL. I AM GRATEFUL FOR POP-A-LOCK HELP.

NEEDED TO CHANGE LOCK ON DOOR DUE TO KEY BREAKING OFF IN DOOR. PRICE WAS GOOD, NOT TOO EXPENSIVE. WORKER WAS INDEED ON-TIME AND POLITE.

THEY WERE QUICK & FRIENDLY. THE PRICE WAS JUST RIGHT.

THEY ARRIVED RIGHT AWAY. HE UNLOCKED MY DOORS RAPIDLY AND WAS VERY NICE.

THEY DID ZERO DAMAGE TO THE ITEM BEING UNLOCKED. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND HELPED ME GAIN ACCESS.

THEY ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND THE SMITH WORKED QUICKLY TO GET ME BACK INTO MY VEHICLE.
