They're excellent. He put my roof on in the past which he did a good job on. This guy is a good guy. We were flooded so I was concerned about my chimney since we had 6 ft of water in the house. I was concerned of the stability of the chimney and the grouting of the roof so he came out, checked it and repaired it.

It was great. I had damage done to my roof from a storm that passed through. They worked side by side with the insurance company to make sure that everything was covered. He was polite, respectful, courteous and on-time.

Phase One Roofing did a great job. Steve and Gary are professional, honest, and kept me advised as to their interaction on my behalf with my insurance company, up until the actual job itself was completed. . I was very impressed with the degree to which this company regards client satisfaction with their work. As a consumer, this is not something you come across often. Highly recommend.

Professional and clean

Perfect! Everything was perfect. On my street alone, they've installed at least five roofs.

I had issues with water leaks from the roof in different spots. I had different roofing companies attempt to fix them, only for water to start leaking again a few months later. A big headache. A friend suggested Phase One, they were able to identify and finally fix all issues. Excellent work. They were always on time, and focused on taking care of the problems. Highly recommended.

Phase One Roofing replaced our hail damaged roof.  Their representative, Steve Andrews, was exactly on time for our appointment with him.  He went over all the insurance forms and roofing materials with us and scheduled our roof to be put on 2 days after we met.  The installers and materials arrived exactly on time and the work was completed the same day.  Afterward our yard was clean and everything looked exactly as it had before they came.  Steve then came by the next day and did a walk around with us and told us to call him if we had any concerns.  We were extremely pleased with our experience with this company.

We just used Steve Andrews with Phase One Roofing.  He went absolutely above and beyond expectations from day one. He came out and inspected the roof, came back when our insurance adjuster was here and walked the entire roof with her, even pointing out that our outdoor heaters had taken a hit and would probably need replacing (which they did.) Then, the adjuster, Steve, and I all sat down and discussed the process in detail and the two of them walked me through all of the paperwork.  We received a check from our insurance a couple of days later, and Steve and his crew immediately started work.  In a single day they completed our 3000 sq ft house, cleaned up meticulously, and did so with smiles on their faces.  Truly a crew of super respectful, nice guys who did a really great job. A couple of days later, Steve came back to do a final walk-around and pick up the few little bits of shingle, etc the clean up crew missed. It was truly one of the most positive experiences I've had with a home services company and I'm delighted to be able to recommend them.  They can be reached at: 281-350-9100.
