The quality of work was good and the price was below all other quotes. They were very knowledgeable about every type of garage door and were very helpful in helping me make the right choice. I would highly recommend this company.

My rental property had the big spring on the garage door go out and I called Perry Garage Doors and they were out 45 minutes later and the door was fixed 40 minutes after that. Great service and it was quick. I would definitely use again!

Everything fine at first. Then 2 weeks later, the wireless keypad lost it's signal for the second garage door. I called and Mr. Jackson said he would be there the next day. STILL WAITING, after at least 10 phone calls. NO SERVICE, after the sale.

The garage door would not raise and was very noisy so I called Perry Garage doors who I had worked with in the past.. The workman, Jacob, came within an hour of my calling for service.
I have a very old model and he initially thought he would have to replace the whole unit. Bur after diagnosing the problem, he determined that just replacing the small traveler unit should be enough and he was right. This was quite a bit less than the cost of a new unit.
Jacob was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely use Perry Garage Doors again. They accepted my $10 off coupon from Angie's List.

It was a great experience. I called last night for emergency service, as i thought my door was about to come down, but he explained my door should be ok until the morning. His earlier jobs in the morning had him running a little late, but that was ok, i had stuff to keep me busy. Once He explained my options and pricing and was able to fix the door in about 45 mins. It runs like new and mechanically sound. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends in the area.

Our garage door broke on a Friday before a holiday weekend, so I was not optimistic about getting someone out for an emergency repair. However, Perry Garage Doors really came through for us. Roy was already in the area finishing up another job, so he was able to arrive within fifteen minutes. He replaced the broken springs and suggested a couple of minor repairs which I okayed to improve the functioning of our twenty five year old door. The service was lightning fast, the price was terrific, and best of all, our old, noisy, bowed door is now as good as new and opens/closes so easily and quietly! I would definitely recommend this company.

Roy made the trip to Magnolia on time. Very nice and professional man. He went right to work on the barn doors and about 45 minutes later he was done. He came and got me to check out the new rollers. Awesome sums it up. Price was right. The fact that he checked my home garage doors as a courtesy was a nice perk. We definitely will call Perry Garage Doors again. Thanks Roy!

Called about my issue and he stated he would be able to come in an hour and replace the system. He arrived on time and performed the whole installation within an hour. Very personable person and was very professional and knowledgeable about his profession.

I called Perry Doors Saturday morning. He said he could come out that day but I preferred Monday morning, so he came out then. Was in & out in less than 20 minutes! Roy was very punctual and completed the installation in a very timely manner. He came out to my home and did such a wonderful job installing springs and doing maintenance on my door that I had him come out to my place of business and had him install an opener. I really appreciated his quick responsiveness. He was very cost efficient as well. I will refer him to my business associates, friends, and neighbors.

Roy was very professional. He was very punctual. Roy called me to let me know that he would arrive at my home at 9:45 a.m. and he arrived at least 10 minutes early. I called they arrived as promised and installed two new Chamberlin garage door openers new state of the art. There work was good. Both openers have motion sensors that turn on the lights when motion occurs and these lights then go off. LIght also go on when doors are activated. One of the openers lights would never turn off unless you deactivated the motion sensor. After contacting Perry he suggested I unplug the unit run it on battery and a number of other things none of which solved the problem. I called back a couple of times but this was never addressed so now I have one that has a working motion sensor and one that does not. Otherwise they work fine. Due to their failure to address the problem is why I would not reccommend them to others.

I am very pleased with not only the work that was performed but the experience of having a very personable professional to work with. Truly an enjoyable (yes, enjoyable) experience. The owner, Ray, was very thorough in his expalnation of the diagnosis and very honest with was needed at this time and what will probably need to be done in the future. I could not asked for better. He was very accomodating to my questions. I pray to work with him again for more custom work once we are blessed to begin building and move into our new home. Thanks Ray for your professionalism, honesty, and pleasant demeanor. Just this afternoon (within 2 hours of my garage door being repaired) I have already proudly recommend Perry's to 3 of my neighbors as I suspect they may be needing similar service some time in the not too distant future since all of our homes are around the same age. Thanks a bunch once again and we'll be in touch soon.
