Everything went well. Couldn't ask for a better experience, price and finished product.

Went great - they finished in 1 1/2 days and clean-up was excellent. Cost was ~$9800. I've lived in TX since 1994 and have always used them for both my houses... always professional and best of all, if you ever do have an issue, say in 5 years or so, they are very responsive to fix it fast. I've only had that happen once and they were great.

The roof was installed in 2012 with good service and a 10-year warranty. The last day of Harvey my roof started leaking. I was under warranty so I called about a week after the storm. I was told I was being put on a list and as soon as they could they would come and check it out. I have called back and been told that they are very busy and I will be put on the list to come and see with next available opportunity. It has been several months and still no action. So if a warranty is important to you I can't say they stand by theirs.

Excellent service!  3rd time we have had roof work from Patrick Roofing.  2nd full roof replacement due to storm damage.  Very helpful with dealing with insurance people - they are the best.  Minor start up problem with some plant damage due to their crew failure to property protect some plants when removing the roof materials. They made it right, can't ask for more.  They have also replaced roof's on other family members houses with excellent results.

Patrick Roofing is a family business and the entire experience was great. Mr. Morgan came out and gave me an estimate, which was consistent with other bids as to the cause and solution of the problem, but was much more competitive as to price. My neighbor recently had her roof replaced by this company and was very pleased, so I felt confident using them even though their price was much more reasonable than the other bids.
The work was performed the very next day and only took a few hours. I'm very pleased with the result. We will need a new roof in a few years and Patrick Roofing will be the first company I call.

They miscalculated the number of openings so they sealed more than they had quoted us for, but they did not charge for the extra due to their error.

The job went well from start to finish. Steve, the salesman and project supervisor, listened to my concerns and presented a proposal that addressed those issues. Some other sales personnel tried to sell me a canned job. I've had several roofs installed over the years and read articles. Steve related to my desires. I really appreciated that. Miguel was the crew foreman. He and his entire crew did an outstanding job. They worked together very well. Everyone was constantly doting something. They covered he shrubs and protected them. They constantly kept the area clean as the job progressed. They paid a lot of attention to the details and the final product looks great. Patrick did not ask for 50% down. He accepted all of the payment when the job was completed. I appreciate that as well. The job started when they promised and they completed it within their original time frame. They even replaced some other rotten trim boards at no additional cost. They did the job on time and for the proposed price. By the way, I felt their price was extremely fair. Their are cheaper companies out there. But, I one of the reasons that I went with Patrick is because he has been in the roofing business in the Houston area for over 20 yrs. I strongly recommend this business for roofing needs.

Totally satisfied with the work carried out along with the price. Remove, dispose and replace existing 19 year fibreglass shingles approximately 4600 sq ft. to be dealt with. Replace with GAF Timberline Algea resistant Limited Lifetime shingles over 30 lb felt base using 1 1/4and quot; galvanized barbed nails - 6 per shingle. Also included 7 year limited warranty on workmanship.

Was out to lay temporary sheathing before rain even stopped. Took care of insurance and job was finished months before other homes even started.

Extremely happy with the job done on my home. They fabricated flashing for an exact fit that not only took care of all my leak problems but looked very nice as well. The crew was very professional and awesome to work with.
We've used Patrick Roofing before and won't hesitate to call on them again. Top Notch company.

I have known Pat for many years going back to when he first began. Although I had not seen or spoken to him for over 10 years now I was hoping to find that he was still in business. He is and always was completely trustworthy and honest. He made sure to take care of me before rain was forecast after he inspected my roof. I believe the problems may have begun after Ike. I knew some shingles had blown off but had never seen a leak. It is a relief to know someone who has the integrity that Pat has. You will not be disappointed to call him for any of your roofing needs from a new roof or just simple repairs. I really cannot say enough about Patrick Roofing. You will not find better!

Everything went very well. Late on the first day there was an unexpected rain shower that caused slight water damage to the ceiling of one of the second floor rooms. Mr. Patrick Morgan Immediately accepted responsibility and promised to and quot;take careand quot; of it. Completed job then gave us full credit for a bid we received to repaint the entire ceiling (our request was to use a painter we were familiar with and although Mr. Morgan had a painter he used occasionally, he agreed to honor the bid of our painter of choice). This was done without any argument and utmost pleasantness.
Mr. Morgan was also helpful in getting a clarification regarding whether our townhouse would be classified as and quot;single family detached,and quot; by the shingle manufacturer, which would bring the better, longer warranty protection. With his cooperation and assistance we received the interpretation we requested.
Of course only time will tell with any roof, but Mr. Morgan (Patrick Roofing) was highly recommended by a real estate broker we know well and who has had excellent experience with this company for many years. We also checked the references he provided and all were highly complimentary.
The price was 14% lower than one of the bidders which was a larger company.
Everything about the experience has been positive.
