While the company specializes in a full range of products including harp programs as well as FHA/VA, our branch ONLY originates Reverse Mortgages. We are constantly looking for qualified loan officers that exhibit a strong work ethic and are willing to go above and beyond to assist placing

We are constantly striving to bring quality services to our Senior population. Our clientele ages begin at the end of their 61st year and above with at least 50% equity in their home. This has to be their primary residence. They will have to make any principal and interest payments while they live in their home, however, they will have to keep their real estate taxes and homeowners insurance current. The typical process takes roughly 30-45 days.
