I would have preferred that when provider was confronted with issue regarding replacement, that I be contacted and the problem discussed, rather than a mediocre job be done. If I had been made aware of the problem, I would have not had plank siding put on, I would have had the same siding put back on that was being replaced. However, I wasn't notified and had to call provider to come and fix issues his employee had left. end result was acceptable, but not real good -- and that is why only a C rating. Provider indicated he had let employee go. It took several days to get provider to come fix the issues as he said his tools were stolen. I was going to give him another task to do, but he never contacted me back as he indicated he would.
