The work around the bathtub took 4 days; the work was completed in the morning, and the tile looks beautiful. For all of the work he and his partner did, as well as installing the fans and replacing the water heater pipe, the price was more than reasonable.

Fence went okay. Looks okay from the inside of the yard. Older remaining fence and new fence aren't the same height. Within 6 " and this is apparent more from the street view. He indicated tools were broken during the replacement because of the hardness of the ground.
Siding: provider had helper who didn't know the assigned job. I would have preferred that when provider was confronted with issue regarding replacement, that I be contacted and the problem discussed, rather than a mediocre job be done. If I had been made aware of the problem, I would have not had plank siding put on, I would have had the same siding put back on that was being replaced. However, I wasn't notified and had to call provider to come and fix issues his employee had left. end result was acceptable, but not real good -- and that is why only a C rating. Provider indicated he had let employee go. It took several days to get provider to come fix the issues as he said his tools were stolen.
I was going to give him another task to do, but he never contacted me back as he indicated he would.
