The results were horrible. Do not use this company.
I had dead zoysia from the heat/drought during July 2015. 2 reps from this company convinced me that the grass could be replaced during 1st week in August heat! It was stupid of me, but I accepted trusting that these were experts. Sure enough, the heat killed that new grass within weeks. The patches looked WORSE than what they replaced.
The only reason why I am not giving them an F is because at least they returned my calls and showed up giving me advise on how to make it survive the heat: essentially, keep watering. Well, I watered and watered and it didn't work. A total waste of money.
A true expert would not advise a customer to put zoysia sod in the middle of a drought in August. I was stupid enough to trust them and they took my money.

In May Wes the owner came out to our new home on 2 acres and understood exactly what we wanted for our new landscape. In fact he drew up a sketch of it within an hour of our discussion right there in his truck in our driveway and gave us an itemized price. The plan and price were just what we wanted. Being their busy time, he was not able to begin until July 5. The problem was it got a little drug out. He must have had other jobs so he was spread a little thin. He put one of his guys in charge of our project and he wasn?t on top of it himself, he didn?t always seem to know what was going on. He did good work in general. He put in a curved retaining wall in from of our home. They did an excellent job on that, it looks great. I asked him after he started the job to put in a sidewalk connecting the driveway to a pad that was already in the back of the house. He did that and the side walk looks great. It took him forever to pour the concrete pad. He could have poured it right away but the way he did it it drug out over 6 weeks. I never knew when his guys were going to show up to work. Sometimes they would only work half a day and then leave and that?s another thing that drug the job out. It was disconcerting. I asked him to give us a call to let us know when they are coming for convenience he said he had some sort of system on his trucks to know where his trucks were at all times but that it was broken and that he would have to hire another person to call everybody to notify them of when their workers were coming. All in all they did a good job and we were satisfied with the work but it was frustrated and took 6-8 weeks longer than it should have.

Did not pay their own sub-contractors; we were contacted by a 3rd party vendor who had delivered materials to our home for our project about a lien being filed against our house for materials used in the project.   We had to mediate between this vendor, their supplier & Texas Native Landscape to prevent a lien from being filed against our home- this took repeated phone calls, letters, and a personal visit to Texas Native Landscape.  Rest assured the company we contracted with - Texas Native Landscape -  was originally paid by us in full for all work performed - in advance as was required.
However, Texas Native Landscape did not pay their own vendors/contractors for work performed/materials ordered on our project.  In addition, this owner does not honor his own written warranties which was the main reason we went with this company (the written warranties).  Claimed on his promo materials to be a member of the BBB, but upon investigation is not.
Finally honored the 1 year dead plant warranty only after beginning potential legal action for a classic bait and switch tactic; however,  this company will not honor the 5 year written concrete warranty against cracking.  We are still trying to communicate with this company to get a full resolution for the cracking conrcrete that not only has cracks throughout our patio but also large holes in the concrete steps.
We are given answers that vary from - "we are using a new concrete company" "we have a new manager" "we will come out and look at it" "we will get back to you" "we will come this weekend"
This has been going on for 2 years.  We will be contacting an attorney to seek further resolution requiring them to honor their work and the written warranties provided at the time of the sale.

I received numerous bids for the job. They just did not do a good job. I don't think they realized that I knew what they were doing. I made them take the posts down a reset them. Once they got it built, they did a pretty good job. It was hard for me to get them to come out. When they did, it was hard to keep them on time.

Liked the sales rep at company very much, and she designed a plan to complete our backyard project surrounding a newly installed pool. I was concerned about doing a major lanscaping project in Sept prior to potential freezes in Dec/Jan. Company had 1 year warranty on any plants that died so we chose to go ahead with the project. The job was completed promptly and professionally and we were very happy with the finished look. When several plants died in the freeze, we found out that the sales rep had left, and the owner was not willing to replace any plants because it was a hard freeze, and he was "trying to stay in business." We have had some drainage and sprinkler problems and the owner does not return phone calls. I would never use his company again because he does not stand behind his work.
