MR. MOWER LAWN SERVICE

Needing a lawn service weekly, the first thing I did was check 'the list'. He had glowing reports and was less than 2 miles from my house. He came out to discuss the scope of work and price. I thought I'd hit the lotto. We could talk and understand each other and the price was more than reasonable. The problem was the work. My 9 year old grandson could have done a better job. No attempt was made to avoid covering the bedding plants with mulch, however, the weeds were left exposed to grow. I thought the weeds were to be removed before the mulch was applied. It will require several hours of time that are not available now for me to uncover the plants. Mr. Mower also lost opportunity, for I was the test customer for four neighbors and the subdivision entrance. My yard was not in it's best condition. I told Mr. Mower that caring for my ailing parent prohibited me from spending any time on outside chores. If he did not want the job, he should have declined.

They do a decent job and are incredibly affordable. I also needed them to hoe/till up my 20 x 9 garden bed and they did it for $20! Saves me an afternoon of backbreaking work! Also, they pull tall weeds from garden beds and do a decent job for no extra cost. I almost feel guilty that they are so inexpensive, as other estimates I've gotten is around the $30-$35 mark. They do it for $25 which is a significant savings when you factor in the fact that they mow every week. They are very nice, professional, and the owner, Dave, is very down to earth. I am still using them. They've mowed my yard for 2 months now.

The lawn man answered my call promptly and followed up quickly with an estimate. He was very reasonable with his prices and gave me a discount for using him on a regular basis. He's always on time. He only mows the lawn and cleans up the loose clippings. He does a great job and that's why I've kept him for several years.
