Many companies nowadays approach a customer like they should know everything about the product they are calling about. Right from the phone call When I called Morrow, the lady knew exactly what to say to me, and she told me turn the air off, and got someone out SAME DAY. amazing. Then when Mike got here, he remembered us and the whole situation about our AC. He took one glance at the problem and went right to work. Fixed it very thoroughly, and also double checked a couple other things to make sure all good. He is GREAT. We are so thankful we choose Morrow for our AC.

so again we had a wonderful experience for our service call...from the first call from kimberly who has the best customer service skills of anyone I have ever dealt with to Josh who could not be nicer and who is totally professional and patient when explaining things...I am so glad that we found this company and especially Josh and can't imagine using anyone else..thank you guys..

This was the best service call (s) I have had since I moved to Houston. Brionna, the person who answered my call was very polite, professional and made me feel like my call mattered to her. She scheduled me for the next day - I was not available that same day because I was not going to be home at the time she had that same day. The technician , David, was absolutely wonderful. He found my freon was fine but I needed a chemical clean done and some other maintenance to the unit. He scheduled to come back the next day and again was early. Both days Brionna called to be sure it was okay for him to come early. Really - when was the last time you ever had a technician come early!!!! David was so great that I asked if he owned the company. He stated he didn't both he cared as if it was his company. This speaks volumes to Morrow - obviously they care about their customers and their employees to have not one but two employees to show that they care as if it were their own business. I will definitely not be going back to my regular air conditioner company because of these two employees.

Called at 7 PM to try to book a time for the next day, but they were able to get a tech to me that night. The tech (Caleb) was prompt and professional, quickly tested and diagnosed the issue, explained the solution/pricing to us thoroughly, and then fixed the issue quickly. All in all, he was in and out in an hour, and we didn’t have to go another night without AC! Highly recommend, I will use them again.

I was looking to repair or replace an 4-ton A/C system for a 1200 sq. ft. home. The first quote was $4000 more than I had just spent to repair a 60 ton chilled water system, replacing 2 massive compressors, repairing a freon leak, and recharging the entire system. The low-end quote was $5000 more than what I could have bought the entire system + freon. Since i was assured that it could be installed in an afternoon, I assume I would paying about $500.00 per person per hour for labor. Not bad! I hope their guys are actually being paid that.

Chris arrived on time and was very responsive to my concerns, answered questions and went about his inspection efficiently. I really like Morrow Mechanical’s system of a call alerting me of when my technician would arrive and an email with a photo of the tech and his name for easy identification, a good safety measure for the homeowner. Indoor evaporator coil was leaking freon. This was on an older R-22 system, the tech came out and charged me for the visit and over $700 to fill the freon. The AC worked for one night and the next day it quit working and apparently all the freon leaked out again. I was quoted a very high price for just replacing the evaporator coil so I went with another company that replaced the evaporator and condenser unit for a little bit more than the quote I had received from Morrow for just the evaporator.

"We were out at your house September of 2018. We advised you not to put the R-22 refrigerant in the system because it was going to leak out again and the fact that it was expensive. We gave you multiple options on replacing the coil and upgrading to the new refrigerant with a new system. you chose to go with only the refrigerant. We even gave you the options that once you decided what you wanted to do we would apply the charge of the refrigerant to the new coil or system."

The workers were on time but after they left I was still having the same problem uneven cold and heat. So when it was time for them to do an inspection do to weather changing I called the company and let them know about the problem. When the person came out he said that the vent was on incorrectly and that was the problem. Anyhow I'm still having the same problem and basically was told there was nothing that they could do so it was a waste of my money and time.

Troy arrived BEFORE our scheduled time and was nothing but respectful of our home (placing booties on upon entering) friendly in his arrival and initial greeting & exceptionally thorough in his attentiveness to our system and the corrections and repairs that were needed and unknown to us prior to his visit. Troy addressed all of my concerns and frustrations and willingly walked both my husband and I through our thermostat helping to set up the controls for our needs.

Absolutely perfect! Caleb is our A/C and heater technician. To us, he is the best technician that Morrow Mechanical has. He arrived exactly on time. He listened to our concerns, then he did the tune-up. He was competent in all aspects of the tune-up. Caleb is knowledgable, efficient , organized, courteous, and does clean work. We will always request his services. We met Caleb last summer when our A/C blower fan broke and needed to be replaced. Within hours, our system was up and running due to his extra effort and work. He is much appreciated in our house.

They put in the new system a year ago and offer a service package you can purchase where they come out twice a year to check both systems. Caleb came out to do the AC check this week. He does a thorough job and changed some of the hard to reach filters for me. He is polite and professional.
