He came on the second half of the day and then he left and then he said he was going to come back. Technically what we did is we told him before he came the list of things that we wanted to get done and then he said he could do that within the time-frame but then when he came he left. He was way slower than what a normal person would be doing something. He came back in the evening after a couple of hours but then he didn't have enough time obviously. He came the next day and just to do one of the things which was nailing the cabinet on the wall, so that took a while to do that. So the next thing he said was time is up, so then I said you only did half of the things that you were supposed to do and then you say time is up. It doesn't make any sense. So the next day he came and one of the things I asked him to do was to replace the sockets with covers, so they were doing that half way in the evening then at about five o'clock he stepped out. That's when he said this is the amount of work we can do and then I said that's not fair because I had already mentioned upfront these were the things and he didn't say that it cannot be done or this takes more than six hours. He went out initially so there wasn't really sufficient man power to do it and finally he said the time is up and we need to go now, but then I said, no that's not right. So then he just kind of gambled on and didn't seem to pleased but after an hour there he stepped out and he put one of the ladders into his truck and then he stepped out for a while and then we waited. So we just thought he just went to his truck and the next thing we knew we found out he just left. He just took off and after about 15 minutes he just sent a text and he said that i feel that this spent more than enough time than we needed to, so I'm sorry. In sockets the wires were all out and he just left like that, so we were at first speechless.

I needed handyman services to remove the stakes from the trees in my front and back yards.  On 9/10/14 Mike removed about  half of the stakes before  he became ill and had to leave.  He gave me an estimate on painting the coach lights and said he would call the next week to set up an appointment to finish the job.  His main business was very busy at that time so he couldn't finish the job until 10/3/14 but he was very good at calling and keeping me up to date.  On 10/3/14 Mike sent Mitch to finish the job.  Mitch finished pulling out the stakes, talked to me about the paint color  for the lights and  went to buy  paint.  When he got back he masked off the lights and did a wonderful job painting them.  I  am very happy with the whole experience and will definitely hire Mike again if the need arises.

Ron is honest, fair, and a good listener. He understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen. He added a lot of practical extras, such as moving the ceiling light to the new center of the room and putting in a handrail and some flooring in my attic to make access easier. He supervised the work and his crew did the work. Everyone on the crew was capable, polite, and followed my wishes. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the job.
