My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Chaney's office for over a year and a half and have prepurchased a $150 package for 15 minutes of Epilight treatment several times from different employees. Each time we had a consultation before purchase and were told how many treatments that 15 minutes would provide. Each time it was written in our charts and honored until today. In August I purchased the same package and was told it would give me three treatments on the specified area. The first treatment caused white spots on my skin and I was told to wait until my tan faded before returning for my next treatment. I was promised that my prepayment would be honored and would not expire. When I wanted to get my second treatment, I was told by Mari, a new employee, that the prices had increased and that the packages sold by the previous employees, who no longer work there, would not be honored and that each treatment on that area would cost $250. I lost $100.
