actually dealt with the Conroe location with manager Shannon Sylvester, it was a fabulous experience, and believe me I shopped everywhere, came back to mattress firm because they seemed more honest, and the manager was fantastic. they delivered exactly on time, could not be more satisfied

When delivered, one of the foot - end motors on an adjustable base made a whining, siren like noise - one was as silent as the motors in the store. With only one phone call, Mattress Firm agreed to replace the base. The replacement base also had problems, so once again, the Mattress Firm replaced the base - no hassles whatsoever. I was even given a gift to compensate me for my time. Seldom have I dealt with such a competent and responsive retailer. Mattress Firm of The Woodlands gets an AAAAA+ in Customer Service. I wouldn't buy a mattress anywhere else.
