 + -1 moreactually dealt with the Conroe location with manager Shannon Sylvester, it was a fabulous experience, and believe me I shopped everywhere, came back to mattress firm because they seemed more honest, and the manager was fantastic. they delivered exactly on time, could not be more satisfied

 + -1 moreWhen delivered, one of the foot - end motors on an adjustable base made a whining, siren like noise - one was as silent as the motors in the store. With only one phone call, Mattress Firm agreed to replace the base. The replacement base also had problems, so once again, the Mattress Firm replaced the base - no hassles whatsoever. I was even given a gift to compensate me for my time. Seldom have I dealt with such a competent and responsive retailer. Mattress Firm of The Woodlands gets an AAAAA+ in Customer Service. I wouldn't buy a mattress anywhere else.
Description of Work: I purchased a $9,000, Tempurpedic, Adjustable Bed from The Mattress Firm, Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands, last week. The staff was terrific - all of them. The purchase was very easy - even with financing. They excel in Customer Service - anyone remember "Customer Service"? It's a lost art. The only reason I give the "Price" experience a "B" is that Tempurpedic Mattresses are so darned expensive - I do not believe that The Mattress Firm has any control over Tempurpedic pricing - similar to Iphone's, etc. But they certainly make up for the price of the product with incredible customer service.
