I have started using Peer365.com to do our online marketing starting in Dec 2013, the owner told me that the season would start out slow because its the cold weather and that by the summer time -- we would likely need to increase our online marketing budget and then bring it back down after the season. Well its rare to find a marketing company / owner who tells you the specific details you can believe and most importantly he spent time with me to educate me on how the online marketing actually works with access to my Google AdWords and Google Analytics - I am now learning to understand what it takes to make the decisions to spend the money on online marketing. Clearly I am very happy with Peer365 and have no reason to move anytime soon because just as they projected its April into May and our phones are ringing, we are getting calls, our AC repair work is up and most importantly we are getting leads to replace residential air conditioning units. Also, we are on the organic side getting leads for commercial air conditioning service and repair. Honestly, I was getting a bit worried that the online marketing was not working in Feb and Mar -- so I called the owner Mark into my office to basically fire him and his marketing services. He patiently went through with me my account on Google AdWords and he showed in factually that when my budget for AC service was less than $500 when the cost per click was $14 to $18 to be on page 1 - there was little he could do to get me the type of leads we wanted. So, we gave him a true budget and thank God I did before the season because I am a changed man -- this stuff really works. Ok, it works because of Mark at Peer365 because he knows how to make it work for us and his clients. Not only did I not fire him, I told him he is going to work with us forever!! Also, don't get me wrong. Peer365 built us a free website and we did get leads coming in but it was spotty at first and then based on the seasonal issue with my business it dropped off. So not understand this I was a bit worried, but be it organic marketing, social marketing or ads marketing - I believe we have one of the best marketing person on my team. I highly recommend if you are building up a business, give Mark at Peer365 a call, you will not be disappointed.

I went with them because I spoke to the owner of the company, and even if I did not chose to use their service, he went on my side, and he gave me some advice on what I can do to increase the visibility on Google, and he gave it to me free of charge. I like that they are very detailed. Most search engine optimization companies will give you ten to twenty keywords, but they gave me one hundred keywords. I get a detailed report once a month on each one of the keywords. They call you and set a time with you to go over the report. They tell you what changes they were going to do, or they may have you do to the website. In particular he even gave me a free re-design of the site with the service to make it friendlier for Google searches. Their price for the plan I am using is kind of high, but it works out for me because of the industry I am in and I need it.
