Mario comes every two weeks and does what would be expected for $65
first pass they broke my sewer line clean-out but sent someone out to repair it promptly.

I'm satisfied with the outcome of their service. They mowed and trimmed while I was at work. I was able to leave the money hidden for them in the back yard with no problems. The very first time they provided service to me, I was able to drop off the money the next day at the tire shop.
Mario is very accomodating and even made it easy for me to reschedule my service when we had rain and I thought the ground was too wet to mow.

Everything went great overall. They have been servicing us for about two years now. The only thing that is very import is that you give clear instructions as to what you want done. The best thing is to walk the job with Mario and point out exactly what you want done. If you take that time at the begining these guys are great and will come back on the schedule you set and repeat at a rate you can not beat. I will say like with any contractor, Mario can not be everywhere so occasionly it does start to slip off you may walk behind the garage and see it has not been touched, he will address it right away. He is customer service driven and again you have to love the price.
