Majestic Concrete

They met with my husband prior to doing the work. We had discolorations and white spots all over the driveway. He said that they could clean it up and have it look like new. We felt the price was high but really felt like he was honest and would do the work like he said with good results. They came out one morning and got started and seemed to be doing a good job. He did the driveway first and then the patio deck out back. I felt like they spent quite alot of time on the driveway but sped through the back deck especially when I had a neighbor come down and talk to him about giving him a price on his drive. Thank goodness he did not wind up using them. When they finished they did not get all the discolorations off or white spots but told us it would take time for them to disappear under the seal. They told us the seal would protect it for at least 1 year. After just 2-3 months it looked like the seal was gone so my husband called them back and e-mailed them for several months and they were not willing to even come back out and take a look. It just looks worse today then it did before they did their work. I should have submitted a report sooner but just thought they would do the honest thing and come back out. We even told them we were going to report them to the better business and Angie's list but they could care less. My husband would put calls into them and they would not return them so he started e-mailing them and just basically got the response that they did not really care what we thought of the job they did.
