Lowe's of W Spring

I did not like their flooring installation service.  I ordered about eleven thousand dollars of the hardwood floors and they used a sub contractor to install them.  They did not do a proper job and did not use the proper glue.  They did not leave any expansion joints to face between the hardwoods and the basswoods which caused the flooring to buckle.  It took me around seven to eight months to get the flooring replaced but they would not replace the installation removal costs.  They would not accept responsibility for using the wrong glue even though the manufacturer had suggested different glue.  I was not happy with their response to my requests and the fact that they did not follow through or return phone calls properly.  I would not use them again in the future for any home service requirements or services where they would hire a sub contractor.

total disaster - have removed 2 of their contractors to date. would never, never use lowes to construct anything ever again.

The work was done well and it is working great. So far we are very pleased, they were punctual and did the job. They were done in a little over an hour and cleaned up well. I would use them again in the future.
