We?ve had our new Greenworld Acacia wood floor Loom Craft put in for a month now. We are very happy with this floor. These are the qualities we liked about this brand of flooring:

1.   1.The flooring is ½? thick engineered wood.

2.   2. It is made of Acacia wood. We like it is a harder wood that has variance in color and texture. The color and texture are not overly dominate, but give warmth and interest.

3.   3.The color ?Homer? is warm and fits our taste and home décor.

4.   4.This floor has some hand scraping, but not overly. Some of the choices on the market are so distressed. Our tastes lean to clean lines and classic looks. When light from the windows hits it you don?t just see the hand scraped lines all along the floor. You notice the floor.

5.   5.The Greenworld brand, according to Heather at Loom Craft, makes there floor according to current industry standards. This is important to me to not have to worry about formaldehyde possibly being in it.

Things we liked about working with Loom Craft:

1.   1.Heather was very helpful in helping us pick flooring that fit our budget and our tastes. She was VERY patient. I took so many samples home to check out I lost count.

2.   2.They have been in business a long time and their ratings were high on both the BBB and Angie?s list.

3.   3.The crew, who put the floor in, was very professional and took great care in moving our furniture. I appreciated this. They also cleaned up after themselves daily.

4.   4.Loom Craft?s bid for the floor was very reasonable compared to bids I received elsewhere.

In the future, if we need flooring, I will use Loom Craft again. I also recommend them to use if you are in need of flooring.

What really impressed me is that a few years later another service provider who was replacing counters in my kitchen and carpet on my stairs while they were there and were absolutely awful (Holiday Interiors) miscalculated carpet for my stairs and only covered 4 of my stairs. They were going to leave it like that for another 10 days until more could be ordered and I had out of town visitors arriving the next evening. I ran to Loomcraft that afternoon where they still had the measurements for my stairs from the previous job, I chose a carpet and they came out early the very next morning to install in time for my visitors. I even liked it better than the previous carpet. They bailed me out when I needed it and I will call them first the next time. If I would have known they do more remodeling than just flooring, they would have been my first choice anyway. Nice family business.

They are excellent and they did a good job. The cleanup was good. They sent 2 people out to do the job. I really like that all the costs of moving furniture was included and I did not have to pay extra for anything. They also automatically use upgraded pads. We love the carpets.

Loomcraft had t an excellent selection, a competitive price, and perhaps since we were only replacing a portion of our carpet pad, they matched the existing pad exactly, so there were no seams apparent after the carpet was laid. Their workmen arrived on time and completed the job in a single day. They carried off the used carpet and left us with a smile on our faces. Would return to Loomcraft in the future to purchase carpet.

Good selection of carpet. Friendly personal service. Good price. Installers work for the store and not an unknown subcontractor. Very satisfied with all of it.

When I went to Loomcraft I was greeted immediately.  The sales person was very helpful.  Actually all the sales people helped me to pick the right carpet.  Installation crew was very friendly.

The men came exactly on time. They moved my furniture without damaging anything. They were polite and friendly. They worked until they were finished! One man went and got their lunch while the other continued to work! I asked if they could lift my furniture so I could install pads on my furniture instead they did it all for me. They were finished on time and did beautiful work. They then, put everything back the way they found it. I could not be happier. The sales lady Cathy, who is part of the family was delightful to work with, as was, another sales lady, Terry. I am a happy customer. If I every need another floor or carpet, I will go straight to them.

Purchased wood flooring from Loomcraft (engineered solid wood, hand-scraped hickory flooring). Did not have Loomcraft do installation, installation was done by remodeling contractor along with other work at same time. As a flooring only contractor, Loomcraft wanted to do all 3 rooms wood flooring back-to-back. Due to furniture moving needs, and timing of other remodeling work, I did not want to do the flooring in the 3 rooms at the same time. But I really liked their flooring product. So I bought it from them, and installed the 3 rooms over a total 6-8 week timespan - installation was done by remodeling contractor - Remodel Specialists, who did a great job on flooring installation and other services.

They did a great job, left no mess and were very efficient. I am very happy with the results. Their technique of installing carpet was unique and that in turn made them very efficient.

Loomcraft subcontracted the tile work. The work was very good.

It was a nightmare experience. Carpet installation was very poor. I am not talking about scratches on the base boards or anything that minor. Large gaps around the edges. The grain of the carpet was different adjoining areas. The damage included destroying the door knob and lock, holes knocked in the walls, large holes in the door facings, cracked tile in two rooms. It appeared that something heavy had been dropped on existing tile. In my opinion this company released a bunch of unsupervised day laborers in my house. They inspected before I returned home. I was so angry that they had betrayed our trust and done such sever damage that I almost ripped all of the carpet and pad out and dumped it in their parking lot. I did NOT want these idiots back in my house. I deducted the repairs from their payment. Repairs took over two weeks and over $500. This delayed sale of the house. Loomcraft should not be used at any time for any reason as a carpet vendor.

Loomcraft Carpet did not live up to my expectations when installing my carpet in my home. I was not satisfied after the initial installation. The manager came to my home to address my complaints. Even though the workers came back to stretch the carpet again, it still doesn't look good. I feel that the workers were incompetent in the installation process.

They gave discounts on the work done and were able to come and do it in two days. They moved the furniture to lay the carpet. We have used this company for 20 years, as they first did carpet for me in 1984.

The waterline under my basement broke when I was out of town and there was no one here for ten days. The insurance company sent out two engineers. They spent seven hours looking at the damage and then they finally gave me an estimate. The water damaged the carpets in my house. My home is about 3100 square feet and has carpet in all four bedrooms, including the master bathroom, two hallways and a large 19 x 22 living room. Loomcraft Carpets came in, ripped up the old carpets, and replaced them with top quality carpets. We were very pleased with their work. The carpets were covered under our homeowner s warranty so we paid the deductible only.

Loomcraft Carpet did a poor job installing my flooring. The tiles came up and the floor needed to be repaired. The company was supposed to give me a guarantee; however, when they came out and looked at the floor, they refused to do the repair. The tiles were crooked in a lot of places. I would never use them again.

I can't get over how great everything looks. Everything looks nice and the grout work looks great. The employees used a high grade of carpet that has held up perfectly. It s great to see that there are no visible blemishes. They are very professional and friendly and can do custom blinds and rods. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so. Their prices are the best.
