The service was great.  One guy came out and it took him a couple of hours to complete the job.  He came on time and got the job done.  He cleaned up very well.  I would say they are honest, reliable and very enthusiastic about the job.

Each system replacement was very professional. They insure they are careful of your home and floors. They always put their shoe protectors on once they enter the front door.
They went over all our options before we made a final decision on what type of unit we should use. They provided detail costs of each of the options so you could make a decision based on what would work best for your budget and what was needed immediately and what could be done at later times. (Our large unit and duct work was around $15,000 (we got the largest and top of the line unit at that time) The second unit was a smaller unit a few years later and was around $7,000. It was a mid range unit at that time.
They also do follow up phone calls to insure each service call is perfomed to your satisfaction. I would also say they go over and above, and as an example to that statement. We had a leak start coming in from our upstairs bathroom ceiling from what we thought may have been one of the inside heating/cooling components. They came out immediately and the technician checked everything and determined that it was actually a plumbing problem. She referred a plumber (only after she tried to clear the lines and was unsuccessful). They did not charge for the work she did trying to clear the clog since the problem was not fixed.

Just an additional FYI comment: contacted the plumber they recommended (McKinley plumbing) and they came out first thing Monday AM. I chose not to make it an emergency since we did not need to use the upstairs bathroom so Monday was fine with us, but we did have the option to have an afterhours weekend service call.

They were timely, professional and friendly. They took the time to explain what the problem was. They were not eager to attempt a solution that wasn't necessary but to give us the opportunity to allow for the problem to reoccur; if it happened they would come out to fix it. The problem did not reoccur but they let us know what to be looking for and aware of. In doing so they empowered us to understand what was going on with the system. The technician was friendly and respectful toward my wife and family. They were reasonably priced.

The techs arrived on time and were able to complete the work in a couple of hours. They called the following day and came back out to recheck the furnace. All has been working fine.

The A/C went out this summer, and I called and received an immediate response from Labrador Mechanical. The unit was an American Standard A/C unit we had replaced by Labrador Mechanical back in 2006 for $3865, with 10-year parts and labor included. They assessed the unit, replaced the evaporator coil, and did a QC check the following week.
Jeramie Sullivan was our diagnostic technician, and was incredibly thorough in explaining how he was testing the unit, steps we could take to prolong the life of it, and the expected wear time of individual parts.
Erika was our returning QC tech, and has previously performed checks on our A/C in the spring and heater in the fall.
All of the personnel from dispatch to repairs are exceptional. Excellent work!

The experience was really exceptional. They went above and beyond my expectations! They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable; I'm planning to continue to use their services.

They arrived on time, owner came with technician as we had used this company to install an entire new system with de-humidifier when we lived in the Woodlands 3 years ago. Owner inspected the entire system. Technician went over all concerns with me that could cause problems down the road. Wore shoe covers in the house, asked if there were any questions and charged the amount quoted over the phone.

The job went fine. I had three quotes and they were in the middle, but I went with them because they were using a national product. They showed up on time. They were clean and fair. I will use them again in case my other unit goes.

The technician arrived on time, and the work was done professionally. The technician answered all my questions, and made good recommendations regarding preventive maintenance. He cleaned up after he was done, and disposed of all the packaging and old insulation from the damper installation. I was very pleased with the work done and the manner in which it was performed.

The initial work was done by one of their newest employees, I had some concerns and they sent a senior tech out to take a look - the AC has never run better. Well done.

THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE HOUSE IS A 30 YEAR OLD HOUSE. THEY REPAIRED THE SYSTEMS AND ARE GETTING THE SYSTEM UP TO CODE. KEVIN LEWIS WAS WONDERFUL.
