The positive battery terminal of the battery was corroded. They said they are going to put a better bigger terminal and charge me for an hour of labor 85$. I was watching them all the way as my car was parked outside. They replaced with a cheap 3$ terminal cut out the wires jammed them somehow with half of them sticking out and put it in. It took them max of 15mins to do the job. Very dissatisfied.

It's the usual story with these oil change places.  You tell them you want an oil change.  They come back after a few minutes and tell you your power steering fluid needs changing, would you like them to change it for you?  No, thank you.  Your air filter doesn't look too bad but they recommend you change it to coincide with your oil change.  No, thank you.  Your serpentine belt is cracking and unsafe and would you like them to replace it?  No, thank you.  Last time you recommended I replace it and when I took it a few weeks later into a real repair shop I asked them to check it and they said it was fine.  But sir, we cannot pass you on the safety inspection with that belt in its current condition.  OK, then, forget the safety inspection and I'll take the car elsewhere for the safety inspection, just do the oil change.  30 seconds pass.  Sir?  we've checked your power steering belt, and it is OK, and that will be enough to pass the safety inspection, do you want us to go ahead with the safety inspection now?  OK.  120 seconds pass.  Sir?  Your car is ready and pulled up to the front.

In the 2 minutes between my "OK" and their telling me the car was ready, I don't know that they had time to do anything but replace the sticker.  The car is in very good shape, and it has never failed a safety inspection, but I still think that if they're going to charge for a safety inspection, they really ought to conduct the inspection.  I cannot definitively say they didn't, because I wasn't watching them, but I don't know how they could have done it so quickly unless they were skipping most of the steps.

I don't trust these guys.

After being greeted, I was told I needed fuel injection cleaning (it is not called for in owner's manual at 16,000 miles.) I told them I wanted synthetic oil. They put in regular oil instead and I caught the mistake at checkout. However, after they changed the oil and filter the second time, they charged an extra $35 for synthetic oil (over and above the $31.99 charge for a normal oil change,) and they charged an extra $$11.99 for a "synthetic" oil filter, which isn't a special requirement when using synthetic oil.
