She walked in to a house not knowing what to expect. She and her team cleaned a house that belonged to an alcoholic with three dogs. The house was a disaster. When they finished, the house was immaculate. They were a lifesaver. I would recommend her to anyone.

Kip worked with through every step of the process. I wasn't fond of receiving a call when my caller ID said "LLC" - but she was so charming and informative that I eventually hired her and her team to clean my house. They showed up within 30 minutes and transformed my house within 3 hours. Absolutely incredible. They were very helpful in moving clutter, taking care of intense dog hair, and communicating. 10/10 recommend hiring them for your home.

I recently scheduled KTT Express Cleaning Service to clean my house again, and I was blown away by Kipp's attention to detail and thoroughness.  She went above and beyond to make sure every corner of my home was spotless, and even gave me some great cleaning tips to keep my place looking great between appointments. But what really stood out to me was Kipp's sense of humor. During the cleaning, we chatted and laughed about everything from the latest TV shows to our favorite restaurants in town.  She even shared a funny anecdote about a time when an employee accidentally vacuumed up a clientâ s cat's favorite toy, and had to fish it out of the vacuum cleaner with a coat hanger! Despite the hilarious mishap, Kipp remained professional and focused on making my apartment look its best.  And let me tell you, she succeeded! My home has never looked better, and I have Kipp and her team to thank for that.
