First hint how it was going to go came when they never replied to an emailed question about the contract.  Second was when they began showing up on random days of the week instead of the pre-arranged Wednesday schedule (they advertise "Same-Day Visits Each Week"). Third was when they ignored the pool pump failing to generate any suction, and the pool turning green, for multiple visits.  When the issues were finally noticed maintenance was scheduled (and billed) without any contact with me before, during, or after. True to form, despite 3 requests for email confirmation when I terminated the contract, none has been received.  This company was very unprofessional from top to bottom, in my experience.
