Kitchen Solutions/ EZ Reach cabinets did a great job. They worked with our work schedule, the majority of the work took place on Saturdays. The installation team was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. We love the laundry room and kitchen work they performed for us.

"The finish was definitely sealed properly. We took a representative from Sherwin Williams who verified that we used proper sealing application. He believed that some sort of chemical was used to clean around the area (countertops) and that is what damaged the finish. In spite of this, we refinished the cabinets at NO COST to the homeowner and at that time they were very much satisfied. The customer was aware of all of this (we always keep our customers in the know of the status of their jobs). Thanks."

"I'm the owner of The Remodeling Depot. {MEMBER NAME REMOVED}had a legitimate complaint about the caulking. I made sure it was corrected. We had been using Houston Cultured Marble for many years. I was not aware until now that our rep had lied about them being the only cultured marble company around and that we had to find them. That rep no longer works for us. Thank you."

I selected all of my kitchen renovation elements myself. I purchased and had them shipped to my house. I needed only a good contractor to accomplish the labor. I got 4 contractor estimates from research through Angie's List and other sources. When I interviewed each, I made sure they understood what I had ordered, how I wanted it installed and then supplied them with the same written list of work. Kitchen Solutions was not the cheapest quote, but I was impressed by their photo book of kitchen work and customer references. Most of all I was impressed by Owner's openness to discuss how they would accomplish my project. The work team was very clean, always arrived on time and respected my privacy and property. They worked hard and fast to get things accomplished. Excluding Silestone's schedule, once KS started, they did not extend their quoted total schedule (7 days). The owner was always available by cell phone. The crew leader was a true craftsman and kept me informed of their progress.
