we i initially called he told me that if he was able to come by on that day that he would but it would probably be the next morning.  much to my surprise he was able to come and it took all of an hour to replace the heating element.  he was very courteous, professional, and gracious.  i will call him for any of my future appliance repairs.  although he isn't a member of angie's list, he certainly should be but but i understand the cost per year is expensive and apparently he doesn't need the extra work.  great guy!

The next time the refrigerator broke, I just chose to buy a new one. The guy that came out offered me a tip on what to do, instead of me paying him to do the exact same thing.

Mr. Kinard was great! He kept me posted as to arrival time, he was very professional. Before he put the dryer back together, I was given the full cost of the repair. I take care of my dryer, cleaning lint and dust every time and have the vent cleaned twice a year. I could not believe all the junk he pulled out of the machine! I would definitely use him again.

Good communication. Arrived as promised. Well prepared and was able to make the repairs with parts from his vehicle inventory.

Mr. Kinard was very professional. He assessed the situation and was able to resolve the problem. He setup a time for our service visit and came on time. We were very pleased with the service and plan to call him again if we have problems with our appliances.

He came over on on a Saturday morning, even though this is not usual. He said he thought I might not have anything to cook with.
He said he was sorry but the cook top was so old that the only place they might have parts was in Japan and, if they did, it would take 6 - 8 weeks to get them. He offered to come over on the next Monday and take me to find another one. Then he turned it back on and it was working again! T he only thing we could figure out was that one or more of the connections was loose. He said that he'd be glad to install a new one when I needed it without charging me anther service call fee if I go anther cook top in a reasonable amount of time.

I am not familiar with the price for these sort of repair but did not have time to shop around. However I think it was a fair price especially with the professionalism , Mr Kinard came out the same day, hours after I called him, he was pleasant, identified the problem and fixed it within an hour. I will definitely use him again.

I would without a 2nd thought call Mr. Kinard for any future repair needs or services.

Robert is great. He is very knowledgeable. He knows what is he is doing and he gives good advice. His pricing is just excellent. He is not tied to one company because he is independent. He is always there to repair our equipment and does a very good job at that. His professionalism and customer service are very good too.

He installed a new harness and went out of his way to provide good service. I know he had to go across town to get the harness, but he didn't charge me the trip across town to get the parts. The whole harness has to be replaced in order to get the one burner to come on. He could have easily charged me more labor, but he didn't.
