Ken's Pianos
About us
Ken's Pianos, owned by Ken Smith, offers piano tuning, repair, and restoration services. Evening and weekend service is available in order to accommodate folks who aren’t home during the day. I guarantee that you’ll be happy with my service. Otherwise, I won’t take your money. My reviews on Angie’s List, Google, Yelp, and Bing are all five star. That’s because I take care of my customers and I take integrity seriously. Check them out to see! I do my best to accommodate your needs in terms of appointment scheduling. I work on all types of pianos and provide most any service your piano might need. I do minor repairs for free if I’m visiting you to tune your piano as well. Of course, I do charge for major repairs, but I won’t nickel and dime you and you’ll always get good value for the money you spend. Finally, unlike most technicians, I take the time to explain what I’m doing and the theory and physics of how pianos work and are tuned. It’s not as simple and straight forward as most people think. I try to educate customers and when I’m done, you’ll know much more about how your piano works, what is meant by a “good” tuning, and why it’s important to maintain your piano. I want customers who understand their pianos. I figure that if you understand what I’m doing, you’ll see the value I offer and are more likely to become a long term customer. Thank you for reading. I hope to meet you soon!
