Our old Lennox a/c condenser unit had always been very loud and just seemed to be getting louder and louder each year. It kept waking up our one year old and with another one on the way soon, we thought that this was the right time to get a replacement. The truth is, we didn't shop around for prices so I wouldn't be able to say if we received the best deal. However, the price did seem better than prices quoted to us by a different company last year, which were also for lesser known brands. Trung was very patient explaining the options and didn't try to push for a sale or unnecessary upgrades.
The crew from KAC Express returned later in the afternoon after picking up the units directly from the Trane distribution warehouse and worked continuously for around four hours in getting everything replaced. The technicians were extremely polite and professional, always asking for our approval before doing something. Trung hung around to chat afterwards and as promised, filled out and emailed me the warranty registration of the Trane unit an hour later. My wife and I find him to be very friendly and easy to get along with. Overall, we feel that the installation went very well and we couldn't be happier with how quiet it is when the a/c kicks in.
