K and K Tree and Tractor Service

I had some trees cut down and there were trees that were close to the house and when they went to cut them down, part of one of the trees fell on the roof because they did not tie them down properly. This cracked my roof and some bricks on my home. He said he would repair it and would come over on the following Sunday to do the work. I explained to them that I had to work that day and that I wanted to be there when the work was performed. He got upset and hung up on me. I tried to contact them ever since and they have not responsive. My main point of contact was, Chase.
