JKT Professional Carpet & Rug Cleaning

Did an excellent job. Paid extra attention to tough stains.

Godwin returned my call the same day.  He came to my house and gave me an estimate at a time convenient for me (and late for him).  He answered all my questions cheerfully (and I had a lot!).  I called him the next day to schedule an appointment and he was able to come the day after, again at a time when I could have someone at the house.  He cleaned all the carpets thoroughly and offered to come back if I saw anything I did not like.  He also cleaned some stains I was not even aware of (hidden under furniture).  I was very pleased with everything from start to finish and I highly recommend his company.

This is the second time I have contracted with JKT Professional Carpet and Window Cleaning to provide cleaning services. In August 2011 it was for Tile and Grout cleaning, and it was a large job. I have 3 large dogs, who spend a significant amount of time in the my large kitchen. Dewey feet and dirt are a daily event. Godwin showed up at the appointed hour, and went right to work, spending extra time working on the high traffic areas. 1600+ square feet took about 5 hours, a job that would have easily taken me 2 1/2 days. Worth every penny

He is the best carpet cleaner that we have ever used! He exceeded my expectations! I thought I was going to have to replace some of my carpet (because it was so bad) but he made it look like new! In fact, we have a rug on the tile under the breakfast table, and that rug got pretty dirty. He offered to clean the little rug for free! His prices were better than I expected. He was highly recommended to me by my neighbor.
