Wonderful experience and they even moved the truck at one point so I could leave the house with the children. My husband stayed behind. Very nice citrus smelling solvent, although it did trigger a migraine in me, but I am very sensitive. A little strong for my children. Carpets were dry to touch in 4 hours and completely dry by the next morning.

Jenkins Carpet Service did a real good job cleaning eight rooms of carpet in my home. They showed up on time and finished in good time. The carpet dried pretty quick so I was happy. They hit the areas I really wanted them to hit like frequently used walkways. The price seemed good for the quality of work I got.

THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEY TOLD US TO LET IT DRY AND IF IT NEEDED TO BE RE-DONE THEY WOULD COME BACK AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THEY CAME BACK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS AND RE-CLEANED THE CARPET, AS PROMISED.
