My company was relocating from Virginia to Spring TX, and Jan was assigned by Coldwell Bankers to help find a home for my family. Moving from so far away to an unknown area can be intimidating and stressful experience, but Jan was an outstanding helper in our journey. Jan is extremely responsive -- available on short notice via phone, text, and email -- working with her remotely was a breeze. No question to her went unanswered. He swiftness became most valuable when we were making an offer -- the house already had an offer and she was able to turn around within an hour and deliver the offer in record time. Jan is very knowledgeable of Klein and Woodlands areas (maybe other areas too, I don't know): she knows the market, each and every subdivision, and sometimes even down to individual homes and their owners. She does not impose her opinions, but provides facts about so many details that as a newcomer to the area you don't even know you want to know! She has a keen eye on property condition and sees right through the 'fluff,' while you are looking at counter tops and appliances her attention is what sort of neighbors are around, what level of security, road noise, and what is lurking in the back yard, etc. She has been really on my side, understanding my needs and not trying to pressure me into anything.
