We’ve been using Joel since we moved into our house over 15 years ago. He has done a kitchen remodel, a bath remodel, as well as installing French doors, a window, ceiling fans, light fixtures, a water softener, and more. If he’s booked, I will wait until he’s free because I don’t trust anyone else. He’s very honest and has always done a great job for us I have referred him to my in-laws as well as other friends. I 100% recommend Joel!!

I have used JAAM consistently for the past 18 years. Joel has literally remolded every bathroom in my house as well as my laundry room, kitchen, and family room. In this current job, he brought in my laundry room (which was in the garage), by tearing down my powder room closet and extending it into the garage and enclosing it so that I can access it from within the house/powder room. It is almost too beautiful to do laundry in. Lol! Joel is VERY meticulous and can spot a small imperfection that only he can see, and will repair/correct it. He’s very punctual and will go above and beyond. He is also very trust-worthy as I have allowed him to work in my home for weeks while I was either at work and/or on business travel.

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from JAAM. We needed additional height to accommodate a new refrigerator. After fail appointments and excessive quotes from others, finding JAAM was like hitting the lottery. The Principal, Joel is fantastic! He is the consummate professional. He prepped the space before starting work. He thoroughly cleaned up after the job and offered to return if we need his assistance when the installers arrived. He requested the model of the new refrigerator and checked the dimensions to make certain it would fit. We were so impressed with Joel, we are now looking for other wood related home projects so that we can engage JAAM again. We highly recommend JAAM.

The work was good. I thought the price was high. Little too much red tape with a sales guy coming out in advance and the service not being the same as discussed originally over the phone.

JAAM Handyman, Joel is a pleasure to work with. His work is excellent and he is very detailed while completing the job. This time Joel installed new drywall in three places - my entryway ceiling, an old built in shelf and a doorway. He also replace the baseboard, installed a new light fixture and finally all the texturing and painting. He did an excellent job in a very timely manner.

Excellent work! Very professional and courteous, was meticulous in his work, and left all areas very clean.

We have been using Joel for almost 6 years now and I can't imagine hiring anyone else. He is honest, hard working and won't waste your time or money. The first thing we hired him for was to install new pergo flooring. We were so impressed we had him back to do a complete remodel of our master bedroom and bathroom. It was a big job and we are beyond thrilled with how it turned out. We have since used him for drywall work, texturing, installing new doors(interior & exterior), masonry work and replacing our electrical panel. He will be replacing our fence and making built in cabinets for our living room soon. I can't say enough about what a great guy he is and his strong work ethic. I look forward to many more projects working with him!

I have been utilizing JAAM Home Services consistently since I bought my home 13 years ago. Joel, the owner, can literally do EVERYTHING!!!! He has done everything for me from painting rooms, changing out ceiling fans, doors, plumbing, bathroom remodels, to knocking out all of my back windows and brick to put up French doors in my bedroom, family room, and breakfast area to go out to my backyard pool. Joel is AMAZING!!! He’s professional, reliable, and trustworthy. Joel has done the majority of the work on my home while I was out of town for business. He would let himself in and out. I trust him that much. Last, he is a retired Airforce veteran after serving our country for over 20 years. You won’t meet a more professional, skilled, and honest guy. As a single woman, integrity is VERY important. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAAM Home Services!!!!

I was waiting on another person that I set up appointment with,He Never came.So I prayed & God answered & Joel came 2 my house he was very polite & very knowledgeable & fixed my fan but didn’t charge me any money He was an Angel sent by God! However I had another fan to be installed & he put it up in my computer room,He did a PHENOMENAL Job & charged me only $70.00 dollars I will differently use him again very soon what a breath of fresh air Joel was & a veteran @ that.I’m gonna tell everyone I know about this man,He is Truly Wonderful Thanxs again Joel God Bless You,,

I would highly recommend JAMM Home Services. Joe arrived 10 mins early and began working. He removed my old front door and replaced it with a new door I had recently purchased, while I watched. He cut the door to the exact size as my old door, cut new holes for the hardware and attached the hinges. He cleaned up after himself and had the job complete in under 2 hours for a very reasonable price.

Totally punctual. Easy to talk with and very professional. He did not waste time so he was able to finish all the things I wanted him to do. I was VERY pleased.

On time, friendly, stuck to the tasks to optimize time, professional.

Excellent, Justin came alone this time because the tasks really required only one person. Justin arrived on time first day and had to come back again because he needed an air compressor to make a more appropriate installation. Justin worked really hard under the August sun installing a string of solar lights and had some creative ideas about where to install the solar panel. He was very methodical and organized in completing all the tasks that we requested. Had all the equipment needed and clean every area after he finished. I will definitively hire him again if needed and recommend him to family and friends.

He did an excellent and professional job without any unnecessary headaches. Arrived early, cleaned up perfectly, it was perfect. Would use again and recommend - a family business with great service, quality and efficiency.

Very punctual. Discussed the projects to assess what purchases needed to be made at local hardware store. Completed prep work on sheetrock to allow drying time while purchases were made, and was back in record time. Perfectly matched paint for wall and doors. Creatively solved cabinet door hinge issue when the exact same hinge was not in stock. High caliber work at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Fantastic. I used an Angie's List deal for four hours of handyman work. There was a little bit of difficulty arranging a schedule of our mutual convenience (mostly my schedule was quite variable) and Joel arrived a bit late but I am very happy with the work. They were attentive ensuring that everything was properly done and cleaned up after finishing each task.

Two months later, the bowl is loose.

Very responsive Work was excellent. Would have liked it to be less expensive but we are not too familiar with going rate for this type of work. Overall very satisfied

Overall Joel did a great job. He was professional and his prices were fair. My only little complaint was he missed one thing he is bid on that didn't get done and one thing he did that was done poorly. I texted him 2x and he said he would come back out but then never showed up. I stopped trying to reach him at that point.

Joe is very responsive, friendly, provides excellent workmanship, and very clean service; I have recommended him to my friends.

Went very well. Joel arrived on time-took about 2 hours total. This including the 2 trips to Home Depo for materials. Would hire again.
