IRVIN RENOVATIONS

It truly was a horrible experience for my wife and I. Mr. Irvin comes off as a great guy with good ideas and plays on being an 8 year veteran. Once the job started it went all down hill. He informs you that all detial work is done by himself with over 20 years of expereince in texturing and painting but then hires people that had never faux painted before. In the 42 days Mr. Irvin was in my house I only seen him work 4 times and never more then 2 hours. To be honest he was never on site and things came up missing (i.e. IPhone) We were suppose to be out of our house for a week which turned into 34 days, only to find out he was living in our home. Mr. Irvin was using our bbq, our pool, sleeping on the couch, and broke several dishes. My wife and I would find his clothes laying everywhere and he would tell us he worked late last night but nothing ever seem to get done. One day during a suprise visit at 5 in the morning, I found a $300 dollar chair jammed up behind door because he lost the key to the house. The list goes on and on, from oil base all over the side of my house that now windows need to be replaced to a huge stain in the middle of a brand new hardwood floors. I have workers coming to my house demanding payment at all hours and the police had to be called 4 times. I would recommend that you beware of Irvin Renovations, if you decide to move forward with him ask for 3 references. He gave us one reference and later found out it was his neighbor.
